초등학교 주간학습안내용 웹기반 편집 시스템 설계 및 구현

Abstract

본 연구는 초등학교 주간학습안내가 완성되기까지 여러 가지 불필요한 시간낭비요소를 해결하고 교직원 업무의 능률을 증진하기 위하여 주간학습안내용 웹 기반 편집 시스템을 구상하였다. 이러한 목적을 위해 Drupal을 사용하여 웹사이트를 구현하고, 초등학교 교사들이 Drupal로 구현한 웹사이트에서 주간학습안내 편집 업무를 할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서 사용한 Drupal은 개인이나 단체가 웹사이트의 다양한 자료들을 손쉽게 관리, 조직, 출판할 수 있도록 다양한 기능을 제공하는 오픈소스 CMS이다. 구현한 웹사이트를 이용하는 사용자는 총 14명이다. 이들 중 6명은 주간학습안내를 전담하여 작성하는 교사들이다. 또 다른 6명은 검토하는 교사들이다. 나머지 2명은 주간학습안내를 최종 점검하는 교무행정실무원과 교무부장교사이다. 구현한 웹사이트는 초등학교 1학년부터 6학년까지 각각 담당하는 교사 6명이 활동할 공간으로 게시판 6개를 만들었으며, 가정통신문, 최신 글을 바로 볼 수 있는 메뉴도 만들어 업무에 도움이 되도록 하였다. 주간학습안내 편집 업무가 모두 끝나면 완성된 안내문을 학생과 학부모에게 인쇄하여 배부하거나 이메일을 보낸다. 구현한 웹사이트에 대한 평가를 받기 위해 초등학교 교사 7명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 5점 만점에 평균 4.14, 표준편차 0.33으로 유용성을 확인하였다. 서술형 질문에서 주간학습안내용 웹사이트의 긍정적인 점에 대한 응답으로는 동시 공유, 점검 및 즉각적인 피드백으로 업무처리가 빨라진다는 점이다. 개선해야할 점으로는 주간학습안내용 웹사이트와 구글 드라이브, 학교 메신저를 연동시키고, 새로운 글 알림기능의 추가가 필요하다고 응답하였다. 초등학교 교사들은 웹에서 업무를 한다면 업무시간이 절약된다는 것에 동의하였고, 수행한 설문조사를 바탕으로 구현된 웹사이트의 몇 가지 요소를 개선한다면 주간학습안내 업무의 부담을 줄이는 효과가 있을 것이다.;This thesis deals with a web-based editing system to reduce the time it takes for teachers at elementary schools to create a weekly study guide. For this purpose, Drupal is used to implement the website and allow elementary school teachers to edit the weekly study guide at the Drupal implementation. Drupal is an open source web content management system that provides a broad range of capabilities that make it easy for individuals or communities to manage, organize, and publish a wide variety of materials on a website. This system is designed to be used by 13 teachers and a assistant manager. All of 14 users will use the proposed website. Six of them will be responsible to creating and editing weekly study guides. The other six will review the guides. The other two are the assistant manager and head teacher. These two will review the guide for the final inspection. On the implemented website, six bulletin boards were created so that each of the six teachers can take charge of the students in each year from first to sixth grades. When editing the weekly study guide is completed, the document to be distributed can be printed or e-mailed to parents of the students. To verity the feasibility of proposed website, questionnaire about system functions and operational benefit was surveyed by seven elementary school teachers. As a result, the usability was verified with an average of 4.14 and a standard deviation of 0.33 out of 5 points. The positive thing about the implemented website is that it can be shared simultaneously, reviewed, and given immediate feedback to speed up the process. What needs to be improved is the connection between the implemented website, Google Drive and school Messenger, and the addition of a new message notification feature is needed. Elementary school teachers agreed that working on the web would save their job processing time. A real-time notification function that can be linked to google drives and website in required to enhance proposed web system. Improving some of these factors will help to reduce the burden on the weekly study guide making.
