달천몽유록을 통한 고전소설 교육 방안 연구

Abstract

This manuscript is looking for the education of classical novel on the basis of Yungyeseon <Dalcheon mongyurok>, Hwangjungyun <Dalcheon mongyurok>. Mongyurok organizes story by using a literary device which is dream based on historical fact. Mongyurok' setting is the situation of the problem and the author bring out his own values to the society by allegorical criticism or solving problem using a literary device which is dream. Therefore, we look at the historicity and fantasy in Mongyurok. Based on this, Yungyeseon <Dalcheon mongyurok>, Hwangjungyun<Dalcheon mongyurok>, present the meaning by analysis of description in Mongyurok. Especially Mongyurok had been many studies and got recognition in characteristics of a genre as korean literature. However, there is a lack of research for using Mongyurok as source of classical literature in literature education. we can find the reason by looking the example. It has hardly find the thesis related to Mongyurok , contained at once in 3rd curriculum <Primary Mongyurok> and never have included in curriculum after 3rd curriculum when we look at the curriculum from 2009 version course of study to now. Therefore, I want to say we have to critical mind for lopsided view of Monjaryu novel such as The Cloud Dream Of the Nine. Through the Mongyurok genre novel such as Yungyeseon <Dalcheon mongyurok>, Hwangjungyun<Dalcheon mongyurok>, learners can expect educational effects and appreciation of new classical novel at the same time. we should look and categorize the basis which are Mongyurok' historical character with speciality, Fantasy; the universality of classical literature and self narrative reflecting the viewpoint of narrator in chapter 2. Based on this, we should approach educationally through Yungyeseon <Dalcheon mongyurok>, Hwangjungyun<Dalcheon mongyurok> I categorize role of historical background, meaning of fantastic space, role of Mongnyuja based on individual author's description by analyzing content of education according to historical background and meaning of fantastic space in Yungyeseon <Dalcheon mongyurok>, Hwangjungyun <Dalcheon mongyurok> in Chapter 3. we will find the educational meaning in the way that in this Yungyeseon <Dalcheon mongyurok>,Hwangjungyun <Dalcheon mongyurok>, story organize by Mongyurok's meaning accroding to Mongyurok's characteristics and each author's distinctiveness. I was worried about the education plan which is practically available at school based on the educational approach principle through 2015version of curriculum for <Dalcheon mongyurok>' educational purposes according to Chapter 4. The educational meaning of <Dalcheon mongyurok>, is as in the following. First, learners through literature can study the educational meaning of novel such as their life that people mend hardship and overcome their difficulty. Second, learners can make their own criteria by comparing in appreciation between Yungyeseon<Dalcheon mongyurok>, Hwangjungyun <Dalcheon mongyurok>. Through this, learns can realize combine and funsion education value with establishing proper historical views. Third, learners can expect subjective and creative ability of organization by understanding a literary device and expressing their own characteristic properly through <Dalcheon mongyurok>. Lastly, it will reach the value of cultivating the holistic personality by contributing to the learner by living a life and giving more rational thought and embrace to the human being. It can acquire experience and value by appreciation of considering diverse situation which implies the period of people living at that day, people' value and living in classical novel. This is because every classical novel main subject tells the story which is this period of time about matter by solving and overcoming through it. Learner can have independent attitude through <Dalcheon mongyurok> because the matter in the past can appear finally in the present repetitively like history is past and present.;본고는 윤계선의 <달천몽유록>과 황중윤의 <달천몽유록>을 제재로 하여 고전소설의 교육방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 몽유록은 역사적 사실을 바탕으로 하여 ‘꿈’이라는 문학적 장치를 활용하여 이야기를 구성하고 있다. 이에 몽유록에서 역사적 사실은 당대의 문제적 상황으로, ‘꿈’이라는 환상적 장치를 구현하여 작가는 사회를 우의적으로 비판하거나 문제를 해결함으로써 자신의 가치관을 드러내고 있다. 특히, 몽유록은 장르적 특성을 문학사적으로 인정받아 국문학적으로는 다양한 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 우리 문학교육에서는 몽유록을 고전문학적 제재로 사용하려는 노력과 연구가 매우 미비하다. 이는 몽유록에 관련된 문학교육 관련 논문은 거의 없으며 3차 교육과정에서 <원생몽유록>이 단 한번 교과서에 수록된 이래로 현재 2009개정 교육과정에 이르도록 몽유록이란 장르는 교과서에 수록되지 않았다는 점에서 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 본고는 구운몽과 같은 몽자류 소설에만 치우친 교육방안에 대한 문제의식을 갖고, 몽유록의 장르적 특성을 잘 드러낼 수 있는 윤계선의 <달천몽유록>과 황중윤의 <달천몽유록>을 통해 학습자가 새로운 고전문학 작품을 감상할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 동시에 고전문학의 교육적 효과를 기대한다. Ⅱ장에서는 몽유록이 가진 장르의 의의로서 몽유록의 특수성인 ‘역사성’과 고전문학의 보편성인 ‘환상성’ 그리고 서술자의 시점이 반영된 ‘자기 서사’를 바탕으로 분류하여 살펴 본 뒤, 이를 기반으로 윤계선의 <달천몽유록>과 황중윤의 <달천몽유록>을 통한 교육적 접근을 해보고자 하였다. Ⅲ장에서는 윤계선의 <달천몽유록>과 황중윤의 <달천몽유록>에 나타난 ‘역사성’, ‘환상성’에 따른 교육의 내용 요소를 분석하여 각각의 작가에 따른 ‘자기 서사’를 기반으로 하여 역사적 배경의 역할, 환상적 공간의 의미, 몽유자의 역할로 분류하여 살펴보았다. 이러한 윤계선의 <달천몽유록>과 황중윤의 <달천몽유록>은 몽유록이 가지는 특징과 각각의 작가들만이 가지는 특수성에 따라 몽유록의 의의를 중심으로 이야기가 구성된다는 점에서 교육적 의의를 찾을 수 있다고 보았다. 따라서 Ⅳ장에서는 <달천몽유록>의 교육적 적용을 위하여 2015개정 교육과정을 통해 교육적 접근 원리를 바탕으로 학교 현장에서 실제적으로 활용할 수 있는 교육 방안에 대해 고민해보았다. <달천몽유록>의 교육적 의의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자가 문학을 통해 그들의 삶의 어려움을 치유하고 극복할 수 있는 방법이 될 수 있다는 소설의 교육적 의미를 탐구할 수 있다. 둘째, 학습자들이 윤계선의 <달천몽유록>과 황중윤의 <달천몽유록>을 비교하여 감상함에 따라 자신만의 주체적인 기준을 세워 삶에 적용할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 이를 통해 올바른 역사관을 성립하여 통합 ·융합의 교육의 가치를 깨달을 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 학습자들은 <달천몽유록>을 통해 문학적 장치를 이해하고 개성적으로 자기 정체성을 효과적으로 표현해 봄에 따라 주체·창의적 구성 능력을 기대할 수 있다. 마지막으로 학습자들에게 삶을 살아가면서 인간에 대해 보다 합리적인 사고와 포용심을 기르는데 기여하여 전인적 인격 함양의 가치에 도달할 수 있을 것이다. 고전소설에서는 당대인들의 시대적 상황, 가치관, 생활 등이 함축되어 다양한 상황을 고려하여 감상함으로써 가치관과 경험을 습득할 수 있다. 고전소설 속 주제는 당대의 문제의식에서 출발하여 소설을 통해 문제를 해결하거나 극복하고 있기 때문이다. 역사는 과거이자 현재라는 말처럼 당대의 문제는 결국 현재의 문제로 재현될 수 있기에 <달천몽유록>을 통해서 학습자들은 주체적인 태도를 함양할 수 있기를 기대할 수 있다.
