중급 학습자를 위한 스카를라티(D. Scarlatti) 소나타의 분류와 교수학적 제안

Abstract

Recently, the necessity of teaching approach that deal with works of various periods to piano learner is emerging and studies have been conducted on this issue. However, the study of the baroque period and especially Scarlatti who made a great contribution in the transition from baroque to classical age is rarely achieved for keyboard instrument works. Domenico Scarlatti (1685-1757) composed 555 sonatas for keyboard instr uments. Most of them aimed for his students, and his pieces contained pedagogical goals. In this study, 555 sonatas of the keyboard instrument of Scarlatti were analyzed firstly and 115 pieces for intermediate learners are selected according to the degree of difficulty and the educational goal. The selected 115 sonatas are divided according to their technical characteristic, baroque music's feature and influence by Spanish. Technological characterist ic include rotation, scale, hand extension, and arpeggios. Baroque musical features include various baroque dances, fugues and pastorales. Spanish influences were by Spanish folk music and folk instruments. Subsequently, representative music pieces for each feature were selected and a pedagogi cal proposal was made. Performing Scarlatti's sonata, which meets the educational goals of intermed iate-level students is expected to improve the variety of techniques needed for intermediate learners and help the access of keyboard instruments music of various composers of the Baroque era.;도메니코 스카를라티(Domenico Scarlatti, 1685-1757)는, 바로크 시대와 전고전주의 시대에 활동한 작곡가 중 한명으로, 많은 작품을 남겼다. 그중 건반악기를 위한 단악장 소나타는 555개 작곡 하였다. 대부분이 그의 학생들을 위하여 작곡된 곡이며, 그의 곡이 교육적 목표를 담고 있음에 주목 하였다. 최근 피아노 학습자에게 다양한 시대의 여러 작품을 지도해야 한다는 필요성에 대해 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있지만 바로크 시대 특히 스카를라티의 건반악기 작품에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 바로크 시대 작곡가인 스카를라티의 건반악기 소나타 555개 전곡을 분석하여 난이도와 교육적 목표에 따라 중급 학습자에게 적합한 115개를 선별 하였다. 선별한 115개의 소나타를 테크닉적 특징, 바로크음악 양식적 특징, 스페인의 영향을 받은 특징에 따라 나누었다. 테크닉적 특징에는 로테이션, 스케일, 손의 확장, 아르페지오가 대부분을 차지하였고, 바로크 음악적인 특징으로는 다양한 바로크춤곡과 푸가, 패스토랄레가 있다. 스페인의 영향은 스페인 민요와 민속 악기의 영향이 돋보였다. 또한 각 특징별 대표적인 악곡을 선정하여 교수학적 제안을 하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 중급 수준의 학생들이 각자의 교육목표에 맞는 스카를라티의 소나타를 학습함으로써, 중급학습자에게 필요한 다양한 테크닉을 향상시키고, 바로크 시대의 다양한 작곡가의 건반악기음악의 접근에 도움이 되길 기대 한다.
