상업정보계열 특성화고등학교의 NCS기반 교육과정 운영 개선에 관한 연구

Abstract

This thesis analyze the operational problems in NCS-based curriculum management which is currently being pursued as a major national government policy and suggest practical approaches to improve curriculum management by solving the problems. To do this, we conducted a literature review to analyze the current conditions and inherent problems related to the operation of NCS-based curriculum in the commercial information specialization high school, which in called vocational high school. The concerning literature in front the policy documents of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education, the secondary education vocational education and teacher related statistics, statistical data, research reports on the secondary vocational education operation of research institutes including Korea Vocational Training Center, After reviewing materials and statistical data the policies, cases, programs, current status and problems related to NCS-based curriculum operation in the commercial information specialization high school are analyzed. Based on previous studies and policy dataset on the operation of NCS-based curriculum at Specialized High School, Meister High School, and Junior College operated by vocational education curriculum, new idea or suggested policy are proposed with some comments. During my study, several limitations a rosed. The biggest limitation is that the concept of NCS-based vocational curriculum can not be established in a timely manner, There is no plan to get practical course ware. As a result, problems of NCS-based curriculum management were found to be problems of curriculum organization and operation, problem of teacher training management, lack of evaluation standard, lack of textbook development and school facilities and equipment. In order to solve these problems, this thesis discussed and proposed solutions on. the improvement direction for the curriculum development and operation, the necessity of the improvement of the teacher training management, the application of the professionalism and diversity of the specialized textbooks, the establishment of the evaluation criteria of the practical area, In conclusion, we can apply these solutions without difficulty to NCS curriculum manages and teacher through to-be published NCS textbooks.;본 연구는 현재 국가 주요 정책으로 추진 중인 NCS기반 교육과정 운영에서의 문제점을 분석하고 해결책을 도출하여 교육과정 운영의 개선방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 상업정보계열 특성화 고등학교의 NCS기반 교육과정 운영 관련 실태 및 문제점 분석을 위해 문헌연구를 실시하였다. 분석 대상 문헌은 교육부와 시도교육청을 비롯한 정부의 중등직업교육 및 교원 관련 정책자료, 통계자료, 한국직업능력개발원을 비롯한 연구기관의 중등 직업교육 운영 관련 연구보고서, 학회지 및 논문자료 등을 분석하였다. 분석내용은 상업정보계열 특성화 고등학교의 NCS기반 교육과정 운영과 관련된 정책, 사례, 프로그램, 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 도출된 운영 실태와 문제점의 개선 방안 조사를 위해 직업교육과정을 중심으로 운영되는 특성화고등학교, 마이스터고등학교, 전문대학 등의 NCS기반 교육과정 운영 관련 선행연구 및 정책 자료를 토대로 문제점 및 개선방안을 도출하였다. 연구를 진행하는 데 여러 제한점이 있다. 가장 큰 제한점은 시기적으로 NCS 기반 직업교육과정의 개념이 정립되지 않은 상태에서 운영의 형태가 다양하게 나타날 수 있고 다양하게 나타날 수 있는 상황에서 어떤 특정 방안을 제안하는 데는 한계가 있다. 연구 결과, NCS기반 교육과정 운영의 문제점으로는 교육과정 편성 및 운영의 문제와 교원 연수 운영의 문제, 평가 기준의 부재, 교과서 개발과 학교 시설·장비의 미흡하다는 점이 도출되었다. 이 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 교육과정 편성 및 운영을 위한 개선 방향과 교원 연수 운영 개선의 필요성, 전문교과 교과서의 전문성 및 다양성 적용, 실무영역 평가 기준 확립, 학교 시설 및 장비 개선을 위한 제도적인 검토를 제시하여 교육 현장에서 NCS기반 교육과정이 안정적이고 효율적으로 정착하는 데 기여하고자 한다.
