An "Off-On" type UTP/UDP selective fluorescent probe and its application to monitor glycosylation process

Abstract

A New fluorescent sensor based on a perylene-dpa-Zn platform was synthesized. Selective "Off-On" type fluorescence changes were observed upon the addition of UTP and UDP, which was also applied to monitor glycosylation processes. © 2009 American Chemical Society.
