形成的 評價가 學習에 미치는 影響에 관한 實驗的 硏究

Abstract

完全學習에서는 援業이 아직도 流動狀態에 있을때, 즉 授業自體가 아직도 形成過程에 있을때, 그리고 修正에 대한 可能性에 클 때,援業의 改善을 위해 努力하여야 한다고 했다. 이러한 機能을 살릴수 있는 評價體制의 하나가 形成的 評價라 할 수 있다. 本 硏究의 問題點은, 첫째, 形成的 評價는 學習에 어떠한 影響을 주는가? 둘째, 形成的 評價는 언제 實施하는 것이 보다 效果的인가? 셋째, 形成的 評價內容과 總合的 評價內容은 어떻게 달리 해야만 하는가? 本 硏究에서 檢證할 假說은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 形成的 評價는 敎師나 學生들에게 그들의 困難點을 알게 해 준다. 둘째, 形成的 評價는 學習過程의 一部分으로 單元中間에 包含시키는 것이 보다 效果的일 것이다. 셋째, 形成的 評價는 그 單元의 基本이 되는 行動을 觀察하는 것이 보다 效果的일 것이다. 넷째, 總合的 評價는 보다 넓은 能力에 촛점을 두어야 할 것이다. 빈번한 形成檢査들은 學習者들의 學習速度를 바르게 해주고 必要한때 適切한 努力을 하도록 그들을 刺戟해 준다. 形成的 評價를 適切하게 使用하면 다음 學習課題가 시작되기 전에 學習課題를 철저히 學習했는지, 完全히 學習되지 못했다면 그들의 困難點이 무엇인지를 알게 해 준다. 單元을 完全히 學習한 學生에게는 形成的 評價가 學習成果를 補强해 줄것이고, 그에게 現在의 學習方式이 適切하다는 것을 確實히 해준다. 完全히 學習하지 못한 學生에게는 特殊한 點의 困難을 말해 줄 것이며, 그리고 形成評價가 學習過程 도중에 實施된다면, 敎師가 그를의 困難點을 알고 敎授하는 까닭에 다음에 계속되는 學習課題는 보다 效果的일 것이다.;In mastery learning, when the learning is still in the maturing state, that is, learning is under the process of formation and there is a lot of possibility to revise it, one must give effort to learning for the improvement. One of those evaluation system which may give such a function, is a formative evaluation. Key points of this research are : 1. What kind of influences does the formative evaluation gives to the learning? 2. When is the formative evaluation rather effective to perform it? 3. How differently do they deal with the contents of formative evaluation and summative evaluation? Hypothesis identified. from this researcl, is as the follows : 1. Formative evaluation let the difficulty to xnow to the teachers and the students. 2. Formative evaluation is rather effective to content in the unit as a part of learning process. 3. Formative evaluation is rather effective to examine behaviors which is fundamental to this unit. 4. Summative evaluation is rather focused to large abilities. Frequent formative evaluation tests pace the students' learning and help motivate them to put forth the necessary effort at the proper time. On using properly the formative evaluation, whether learned thoroughly the learning tasks before the lesson begins, or not, formative evaluation let them to know what is the difficulties. For the student who has thoroughly mastered the unit, the formative tests should reinforce the learning and assure him that his present mode of learning and approach to study are adequate. For the student who lacks mastery of the unit, the formative test should reveal the particular points of difficulty. If formative evaluation is practiced on the way to learning process, the learning tasks following next time are rather effective, on account of being known what the difficulties are.
