태도변화를 촉진시키는 종교교수-학습과정에 관한 연구

Abstract

The recent studies that try analytically to illuminate the characteristic of Christian Education as a science show that Christian Education should not be defined as an application theology that accepts the speculative theological premises unconditionally and applies then to the place of education but as the kind of science that finds out which is most christianly among various life styles and behavioral ways from a practical point of view and encourages the learners to put it into practice. In other words, Christian Education, as the behavior of praxis connecting learning and living, should help the learners to perceive the meaning of the scripture giving to their own lives today and encourage them to act according to the perception besides to understand the scripture precisely. Consequently, Christian Education situation that tries to lead the learners to the christian way of life, the ultimate purpose of Christian Education and to induce their change of attitudes should be the one in which the attributes of learners' cognitive, behavioral attitudes are des with synthetically, not seperately, in order to bring about a total transformation in the learner's lives. This thesis shows that effective Christian Education depends on whether having the teaching theory suitable to the essence of Christian Education and the practical teaching skills in learning encouragement and in constructing the purpose in terms of praxis purpose aimed at such change of attitude, a series of social scientific studies about the change of attitudes present which one is more effective among the ways to construct the educational variables during the teaching-learning process of Christian Education. Therefore, from the point of view that Christian Education should be able to promote the prcctical educational effects by connecting critically the results of experiements concrete, substantial about the change of attitudes, with e place of Christian Education explain what attitude is, how learners' attitudes change by what stimuli and what educational effects are obtained by the studies about the change of attitude, in this thesis the theory of attitude change and James Michael Lee's model of religious instruction was studied.;기독교 교육학의 학문적 성격을 분석적으로 조명하려는 최근의 연구들은 기독교 교육학이 사변적인 신학적 전제들을 무조건 수용하여 교육의 현장에서 이를 적용하려 하는 응용 신학이 아니라 다양한 삶의 형태와 행동양식 중 어느 것이 가장 기독교적인지를 실천적 관심에서 찾아내고, 이를 학습자들로 하여금 행동으로 옮기도록 촉진하는 성격의 학문으로 규명되어야 함을 시사하고 있다. 즉 기독교 교육은 앎과 삶을 연결시키는 실천의 행위로서 학습자로 하여금 정확한 성서의 이해 위에 덧붙여 그 말씀이 현재 각자의 삶에 주는 의미를 깨닫도록 도와주고, 그 깨달음에 따라 행동하도록 격려하는 실천(praxis)의 행위이어야 한다. 따라서 기독교 교육의 궁극적 목적인 기독교적 삶의 스타일로 학습자를 이끔으로써 그들의 태도변화를 시도하는 기독교적 학습상황은 학습자의 삶 속에 하나의 총체적 변화(Total transformation)가 일어날 수 있도록 학습자의 인지적(cognitive)·정서적(affective)·행동적(behavioral) 태도의 속성이 각기 분리되지 않고 종합적으로 취급되는 상황이어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 효과적인 기독교 교육은 기독교 교육의 본질에 적합한 교수 이론과 학습촉진에 필요한 실제적인 교수기술들의 소지여부에 달려 있으며, 이러한 태도변화를 향한 실행목표의 관점에서 목격을 구성할 때 태도변화에 대한 일련의 사회과학적 연구들은 기독교 교육의 교수-학습 과정에서 그 교육적 변수들을 어떻게 조직해야 더 효과적인가를 제시해 주고 있다고 본다. 따라서 기독교 교육은 태도변화에 대한 구체적이고 실증적인 실험결과들을 기독교 교육의 현장에 비판적으로 연계시킴으로써 실제적인 교육 효과를 증진시킬 수 있어야 한다는 입장에서 본 논문은 태도란 무엇이며, 학습자의 태도는 어떤 자극들에 의해 어떻게 변화하는가 그리고 태도변화에 대한 연구들을 통해 얻게되는 교육효과들은 어떤 것이 있는가를 살펴보기 위해 태도변화 이론과 James Michael Lee의 종교 수업 모델을 연구해 보았다.
