中華民國 幼稚園 敎師 養成에 關한 硏究

Abstract

The purpose of present study was to investigate the history of teacher education in the Republic of China. To meet this purpose, this paper is dealing with the curriculum of teacher education, the process of development on educational institutions of kindergarten teacher through the history: the beginning periolds, the development periods, the periods of stagnation, and the periods of rebirth. To meet this purpose, two research questions have been set up as follows : 1. What is the situations of teacher training for children in the Republic of China? 2. What is the curriculum of teacher training for children in the Republic of China? This research was committed by inquiring related literatures about the history, institutions, laws, curriculums of teacher education for children in the Republic of China. The research findings are as follows : 1. Today, the kindergarten teacher education in the Republic of China is in variable levels from women who graduated high school to the women who graduated college or university. The government hadn't set long-run plans compatible to social changes and the possible educational problems, and that's why the teachers of the Republic of China have really different educational backgrounds and so many teachers have no certifi- cates. That is, no consistent policy were in the Republic of China. From the last decade, however, the importance of early childhood education were recognized and the governors are trying to institutionalize. 2. There was no 'Education' course in the curriculum of teacher training centers such as "Meng yang yuann' established in 'Yu ying tang', 'Jing jie tang' in the begining period. But every teacher's university is requiring 148 credits and the number af courses and credits have been increased gradually nowadays. It made result of the increasing considerations about professionalism of teachers. Today, almost every education-related acts, however, are changing by the act named <the 6 years-project of development and improvement for early childhood eduation> were passed. So the employment systems for kindergarten teachers seems to be fully equipped in the future.;본 연구는 中華民國의 유치원 교사 양성에 대해 알아보기 위하여 유치원 교사 양성의 발달 과정을 고찰하였다. 역사적인 고찰을 위하여 中國 淸末에서 부터 현재까지의 시기를 萌芽期, 發育期, 停滯期와 再生期 등 4시기로 나누었다. 이와 같은 목적을 위해 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 1. 중화민국 유치원 교사 교육제도의 발달 과정은 어떠한가? 2. 중화민국 유치원 교사 교육과정의 발달 과정은 어떠한가? 위와 같은 연구 문제의 해결을 위하여 중화민국 유치교육 교사교육의 역사적 발달에 관한 자료, 제도, 법령, 그리고 그동안 시행되었던 교사교육의 교육과정 등을 문헌을 통하여 연구하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재, 중화민국의 유치원 교사는 고등학교 졸업 이상의 학력에서부터 대학 졸업 이상의 학력까지 매우 다양하다. 이는 중화민국 정부가 교사 양성의 계획을 수립하는데 있어서 장기적인 안목을 가지지 못한 채 세웠기 때문이다. 그러나 최근 10여년전 부터는 유치교육의 중요성을 점차 인식하고 제도 확립을 위해 시도하고 있다. 둘째, 中華民國 유치교육 교사 교육의 과정에서 맹아기의 육영당, 경절당에서 부설한 몽양원에는 幼稚園 敎師 교육 과정의 교육 과목이 없었고 여자 사범학당부터 교육 과목 하나를 포함하기 시작해서 현재 4년제 유아교육학과의 145학점에 이르렀다. 그동안 교육전문과목과 학점수가 점차 증가하였다. 이는 최근에 幼稚敎育 敎師 敎育에 대한 전문성의 인식이 점차 향상되었기 때문이다. 현재 유치원 교사 교육의 전체 제도나, 교육과정의 새로운 정비의 방향은 <유치교육 발전과 개선의 6년 계획>에 근거하고 있다. 따라서 미래의 중화민국의 유치교육은 좀 더 통일된 체제를 보일 것으로 여겨진다.
