현행 우리나라 고등학교 생물교과서 Ⅰ·Ⅱ의 미생물 출현 빈도에 관한 연구

Abstract

현대 생물학은 미생물을 대상으로한 분자 수준에서의 연구내용이 강조되고 있어서 생물학적 지식을 논의함에 있어서 미생물의 중요성이 높아가고 있는 현시점에서, 고등학교 생물 교과서에서는 미생물이 여하히 다루어지고 있는가를 알아보기 위하여 현행 5종 생물교과서를 분석, 검토한 결과 아래와 같다. 1. 단원별 미생물 출현 비율은 생물 Ⅰ에서는 Ⅴ단원인(생물의 다양성)에서 42.0%로 가장 높게 나타났고 생물 Ⅱ에서는 Ⅳ단원인 <유전>에서 69.5%로 가장 높게 나타내어 단원별로 큰 차이를 나타냄을 보였다. 2. 교과서별 출현 미생물은 총 1,354회로 평균 270.8회를 나타내었고 종수는 121종을 나타내었다. 교과서별로 종수, 출현 빈도수에 차이를 나타내었다. 3. 실험에서 다루어진 미생물은 116개 실험 중 17개로 14.7%를 차지하고 있고 짚신벌레, 효모, 유글레나 등이 사용되고 있다. 4. 각 단원의 내용에 따라 다를 종류의 미생물이 적절하게 활용되었음을 볼 수 있다.;The modern biology is pointing up on the molecule biology aspect, so the importance of microorganism is higher than over before. At this point, this survey compares and analyes all 5 current Korean highschool biology textbooks treatments of microorganism. The results obtained are as follows. 1. In each section, microorganism's appearing rate are 42.0% in the Section Ⅴ of the Biology textbook Ⅰ and 69.5% in the section Ⅳ of the Biology textbook Ⅱ. It shows that there is a big difference in each section. 2. In each biology textbook, microorganism's appearing frequencies are average 270.8 times in total of 1354 times and species appears 121 times. We must be cautions to choosing the high school biology textbook because of appearing a big difference of their species and their appearing frequencies in each biology textbook. 3. In experiments the microorganism appear 17 times in total of 116 times (14.6%). They have used for experiments that Paramecium, Yeast, Englena and so on. 4. Along to contents of each section, a different kind of micro-organism utilize adequately.
