Eurocommunism에 關한 批判的 考察

Abstract

The essence of dogma in Eurocommunism is still in an un-certain state although it declares indenpedence of the Soviet Communism, poclaims the upholding of parliamentary democratic system, and insists on evolution to Socialism. The uncertainties derive from the fluidic state of its dogma: it is hard to assert whether Eurocommunism is a mere tactical tool for ascendence to power or a transformation of characteristics of Communism which may be called as Europeanization of Communism. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the facet of Eurocommunism from a new point of view aside from a routine criticism of ideology. As a first step the understanding of the concepts in Eurocommunism, the history of the Communist movement in the 20th century was surveyed. Then, the characteristics of the Eurocommunism were studied, and diverse criticisms were attempted through a comparison between the deficiencies in Eurocommunism and the classical Marx-Lenin's theory ir the fields of sovereignty, axiom, of democracy, abolition of proletarian dictatorship, innovative modeling of new socialism, re-interpretation of proletarian Nationalism, and so on. The major political issues arid the crises in concepts of Communism in so-called troika of Eurocommunism - the communist parties of Italy, Spain, and France - were analyzed. Current states of Eurocommunism in Portugal, the Great Britain, and Japan were reviewed; and the Eurocommunism in the U.S.A. and the eastern European countries including the U.S.S.R. were discussed. In conclusion, it was shown that the Eurocommunism is very likely to be faded out in a near future because of its self-inconsistency in its ideology, and the discrepancy in proclaimed theory from the current affairs in the real world. The limit of modern Communism is also pointed out by the fact that the Eurocommunism is still struggling for a clarity of its conflicting basic concept in vain.;Eurocommunism은 蘇聯으로부터의 獨立的인 自主路線을 標榜하고 議會民主主義制度를 尊重하며 社會主義에로의 길을 걸을 것을 다짐하고 있으나 아직도 그 正體糾明이 確實하게 되지 않고 있다. 왜냐하면 오늘에 이르기까지 獨創的인 理念體系를 갖추지 못한 流動的인 狀態이기 때문에 '유럽의 共産化' (Communization of Europe)라는 戰術的 次元에서의 政權掌握을 爲한 手段인지, '共産主義의 유럽化' (Europeanization of Communization)라는 質的 變化인지를 한마디로 斷言할 수 없기 때문이다. 이러한 事實에 立脚하여 이 硏究의 目的은 이데올로기 批判의 次元을 넘어선 새로운 分析視覺으로 共産主義의 새로운 潮流인 유로커뮤니즘의 本質을 糾明하려는 것이다. 먼저 유로커뮤니즘의 槪念을 把握하기 爲하여 歷史的 展開過程의 考察을 通해 20世紀 世界共産主義運動史를 整理하고, 다음으로 유로커뮤니즘의 이데올로기的 理論構造를 國家觀, 民主主義觀, 프롤레타리아獨裁 抛棄,새로운 社會主義 模型追求, 프롤레타리아 國際主義 再解釋 等의 分析嶽念을 設定하여 傷統的인 Marx (Karl Heinrich, 1818-1883) - Lenin (Vladimir I1ich, 1870∼1924 ) 主義理論과의 比較를 通해 그 特性을 考察하고 이에 對한 評價를 試圖했다. 또한 유로커뮤니즘의 트로이카라고 할 수 있는 이탈리아, 스페인, 프랑스共産黨의 理念과 그 政治的 危機 및 그들이 漂榜하는 主要政策의 爭點을 分析하고 其他國家(포르투칼,英國, 日本)에서의 유로커뮤니즘의 實態를 檢討한 다음 蘇聯과 東區國家들과 美國에서의 유로커뮤니즘觀을 分析하였다. 結論으로 유로커뮤니즘은 그 이데올로기的 內容에 있어서의 矛盾과 標榜하는 理念과 實際의 乘離로 因해 政治的으로 早死할 可能性이 높다는 것을 밝히고 유로커뮤니즘이 아직 流動的인 理念形成段階를 벗어나지 못하고 있다는 分明한 事實과 이는 現代共産主義의 矛盾과 限界를 意味한다고 主張하는 바이다.
