Abstract
Cobalt, Nickel Diethyldithiocarbamates를 Dipheny1로 추출할 때, 여러조건들을 분광광도법으로 결정하였다. Diphenyl을 고온에서 용해, 상온에서 응고시킨 후 수용액상으로부터 분리하여 사염화탄소에 용해시킨다. 이때 사염화탄소-diphenyl 용액내에 남아있는 수분은 anhydrous sodium sulfate로 흡수시켰다. 흡광도가 Cobalt는 320 ㎚, Nickel은 326 ㎚에서 측정되었고, 몰흡광도는 Cobalt가 16,400 ℓ㏖^(-1)㎝^(-1), Nickel은 34,900 ℓ㏖^(-1)㎝^(-1)이었으며, Beer's law는 Cobalt가 0.05∼2 .5×10^(-5) M, Nickel은, 0.05∼3.0×10^(-5) M의 범위내에서 적용될 수 있었다. pH, DDC의 농도, Diphenyl의 양, Shaking time , 그리고 Standing time등의 조건들을 결정하였고, Cobalt와 Nickel의 정량에 방해작용을 나타내는 여러가지 이온들을 조사하여 혼합시료에서 Cobalt 와 Nickel 을 정량하는데 적용하였다.;The spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of Cobalt and Nickel as their Diethyldithiocarba-mates after extraction into diphenyl. The diphenyl was allowed to solidify, separated by decantation, dissolved in carbonte-trachloride, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The absorbance was measured at 320nm for cobalt and 326nm for Nickel. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0.05∼2.5×10^(-5)M of Cobalt and 0.05∼3.0×10^(-5)M of Nickel. The molar absorptivities for Cobalt and Nickel were calculated to be 16,400ℓmol^(-1)cm^(-1), and 34,900ℓmol^(-1)cm^(-1) respectively The various factors affecting the analysis such as pH, amounts of DDC and diphenyl, and shaking and standing time were studied. The interferences of various ions have been examined. In the determination of Cobalt and Nickel, Cu(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) interfered could be eliminated by using a suitable masking agents. In the case of Nickel estimation in the mixture of Nickel and Cobalt, Cobalt was eliminated by carrying out extraction at low pH. Conditions were applied for the determination of Nickel and Cobalt in synthetic mixtures.
