제7차 중 고등학교(7-10학년) 도덕과 교육과정 분석

Abstract

제7차 중·고등학교 새 교육과정 체제가 오는 2001년 3월 l일 시행에 들어간다. 이와 더불어 중·고등학교 도덕과도 새 교육과정 편제에 따라 재편성되었다. 이러한 새 도덕과 교육과정 개정의 중점은 현행 제6차 중학교 도덕과 교육과정에서 나타난 문제를 최소화하는 데에 따른다. 따라서 본 연구는 제6차 중학교 도덕과 교육과정의 문제점을 제시하고, 새 중·고둥학교(7-10학년) 도덕과 교육과정의 분석을 목적으로 한다. 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 목표선정은 학습자 중심에 따라 총괄목표와 4개의 생활영역별로 하위목표를 설정하였으며 둘째, 내용선정은 중복내용학습의 최소화를 위하여 각 학년마다 2개의 생활영역을 다루게 하고, 각 생활영역에 따라 5개의 핵심가치를 두었으며 셋째, 교수-학습법은 인지적, 정의적, 행동적 측면을 통합적으로 하기 위한 다양한 학습방법을 구체화하였다. 끝으로 평가방법은 새로운 대안책으로써 수행평가를 제시하여 지식중심의 평가를 지양(止揚)하도록 하였다. 새 도덕과 교육과정 개정에 따른 앞으로의 시행은 또 다른 시행착오를 예측할 수 있으나 도덕과의 중요성은 끊임없이 부각될 수 밖에 없다. 이유는 현대사회는 급속한 발전의 대가로 많은 혼란과 병폐로 환원되어지기 때문이다. 따라서 시행에 따른 시행착오가 거듭된다고 하더라도 도덕과의 관련학계, 교사, 학생, 학부모는 지속적인 관심을 가져야 할 것이며 그러한 노력은 곧 한국 청소년들의 미래로 나타나게 될 것이다. ; The new 7th curriculum system for middle school is put in practice on coming march 1st, 2001. Thus the curriculum for ethics has been reorganized likewise. The reformation is mostly focused on minimize the problems of present curriculum system, the 6th revision. This study is aiming on analysis of middle school (7th-10th grade) ethics curriculum. The condensation is as follow. First of all, the goals are instituted as a generalized one and four sub-goals according to the different life field on student centered based. Secondly, the contents are comparted to two different life field for each grade to avoid the overlapping of the curriculum and point out 5 core value for each life field. Thirdly, the teaching method became substantiated by various teaching/learning methods to integrate a cognitive, definitive and behavioral side of education. Lastly, the evaluation system is sublating on evaluating knowledge and an accomplishment evaluation system is suggested to meet the demand. The reorganization of formal ethics curriculum ahead might cause a trail and error. However the importance of the ethics curriculums is constantly embossing for the rapid growth of modern society that also brought great disorder and pernicious evil. Therefore, even trials and error are repeated, ethics related academics, teachers, students, and parents must continually take interested in the process of developing new and effective curriculums. The effort will be consequentially manifest in the future of Korean student.
