- Abstract
- The Nutritional studies of Korean pinenut was investigated. General components, vitamins and minerals were analysized. Pinenut contents 70% fat and several kinds of vitamin.
Also the essential amino acids and the others were separated by the paper chromatographic method.
Added to this analysis, the chemical and physical constants of its fat were investigated.
