韓國 經營學關係 參考資料에 관한 小考

Abstract

現代 経當孝은 그 研究対象이 拡大되고 있음은 물론 硏究方法도 多様化 되고 있다. 硏究開発에서 부터 마아케팅 活動, 大量生産方式에서 書務의 機械化, 経當의 戰略的 意思決定에서 組織化, 일하는 者의 士気에서 労使問題, 資本 効率化에서 企業合倂問題에 이르기까지 오늘날의 現実的인 課懇들을 들추어 볼 때 그 硏究範囲가 拡大되고 專門化되고 多樣化하고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 이와같이 폭넓은 現代 経當学의 效果的인 硏究活動을 위하여 그 活動의 中心地로서의 経営関係 図書舘은 우선 経営学関係 參考資料를 充分히 갖추어 圓滑한 硏究를 支援할 수 있도록 參考図書舘的 機能을 充히허 発揮끌수 있어야겠다. 経営関係 図書舘은 経営学関係 參考資料를 充分히 갖추고 있어야 할 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 資料들을 活用하여 利用者들에게 積極的으로 參考奉仕를 할 수 있는 経営学関係 參考司書 반드시 있어야 한다. 그리고 이들 參考司書가 確保 된다면 그들의 限定된 時間을 보다 効率的으로 活用 할 수 있는 方案 역시 講究되어 있어야 한다. 우리나라에는 專門的인 特殊図書舘으로서 이와같은 諸要素를 具備한 経営学係 図書舘이 별로 없지만 各 銀行 및 企業本의 図書舘이 暫定的으로 그러한 機能을 가져야 할 것이다. 그러므로 우리나라의 経営学界가 直面한 図書舘関係 問題点의 解決에 조금이라도 보탬이 되도록 経営学関係 參考資料에 関한 指針을 마련하고자 하는 것이 이 論文의 의도이다. 本 論文의 範囲는 1960年代以後 오늘날까지 国內에서 出版된 繹営学関係資料中에서 參考資料의 性質을 지니는 資料를 뽑아 이들 資料를 類型別로 辞典, 事典 便覽, 統計資料, 書誌, 索引, 法規集, 名覽, 逐次刊行物등 9種으로 나누었다. 類似한 性質의 資料를 한곳에 모아 各 類型의 資料가 공통적으로 지니는 一般的 性質 및 經當孝脚究상 차지하는 位置등 一般的인 面을 우선 漑觀 하였다. 다음에 그 類型에 속하는 資料의 検索을 위하여 용도별로 그에 속하는 資料를 소개 하였고 가장 代表的.包括的인 資料에 대해서는 資料의 利用方法을 案內할 수 있도록 収錄範囲와 収錄方法등을 絹介하고 그 資料가 지닌 美短点도 때에따라 批判的으로 指擴하였다 나머지 錢熱에 대해서는 書誌奈項만을 縮介하여 特業資料의 剩爛에 도움이 되도록 하였다. 이와같이 本 論文은 面科大学学生, 經當孝者, 突務家, 및 一般司書들의 經詞係 參営資料의 刑用에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 突用署誌의 作咸을 目標로 하였다. 오늘날 文敎部가 福等敎育改善芳業의 하나로서 大掌校에 系列化 敎育, 学点引下와 동시에 課畿物볼 통한 拳溜万淡의 重桃, 率業論文의 識務化를 突施함으로서 崙諒資차의 利用이 倍加될 것이 예상 되므로 이와같은 形態의 鷺料 業內壹가 특히 要請된다고 본다.;The study of modern Business administration is an expanding and highly diversified subject area in today's environment. Such current problems as marketing, product research clerical mechanisms of mass production, Business Organization, strategic policy making decisions, Union-Management, relations of labour's morale and business mergers, each pose a vital area for management to consider. The business library must be stocked with sufficient reference materials. If therefore becomes necessary for the business librarian to furnish an efficient and expedient reference seryice to the library user. In Korea, one does not usually find the library as a special library satisfying all the above mentioned requirements, nevertheless those attached libraries to banks and business must have the potential to function in this desired manner. The purpose of this thesis is to make a guidebook which will be helpful in solving the problems for the business library user. All the business reference materials published in Korea since I960 will be divided into 9 catagories, namely dictionaries, encyclopedies, manuals, statistics, bibliographies indexes, regulations, directortes, and serials. These materials will be presented and explained initially and then followed byspecific titles. Evaluative comments are made on representative titles for the usefulness on the part of the users. The remainder covers bililiographical informations. This thesis purports to be a practical business bililiography which facilitates the use of business materials for the business students, business researcher businessman and librarian. Recently this country's educational policy has been so shifted, as to broaden the scope of the college training, to reduce the number of credit points and to improve the method of teaching a requisite in our educational program today is the submission of a thesis for college graduation. The useage of library reference materials is expected to greatly increase arid therefore this type of guidebook should prove its usefulness as a basic reference and research tool.
