Chopin의 "Trois nouvelles etudes"에 관한 주제적 전개와 연주법의 고찰

Abstract

chopin이 남긴 Etude는 모두 27곡으로 그의 작품 속에는 연습상 여러 가지 문제를 제시하고 있고, 선율, 화성, 리듬을 다루는 법과 그 표현 및 정서의 표출법에 이르기까지 일반음악의 재현에 있어서 필연적인 방법에 관한 문제도 포함하고 있다. Chopin의 Etude는 기술적으로 난해하다고 하지만, 그 미적 가치는 높이 평가되어 교육적인 면을 한층 강조 하였다고 볼 수 있는데 특히 Trois Nouvelles Etudes의 성립과 주제를 분석하여 연주상의 문제점을 밝혀서 연주활동에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합하면, 1. Trois Nouvelles Etudes의 주제적 전개에 있어 정형적인 형태는 없으나 프레이징(phrasing)보다는 동기적 음형을 바탕으로 이루어지고 있어 조의 변화에 따라 그 음형을 지탱하는 것이 특징이다. 2. Trois Nouvelles Etudes는 예술적인 면보다는 기교의 훈련에 있기 때문에 제1번의 왼손에 주어진 8개의 8분음표와 이에 대응된 오른손에 주어진 3잇단음표인 6개의 4분음표에 의 한 리듬 즉 3:4의 문제와 제2번의 왼손에 주어진 2개의 8분음표와 여기에 대응된 3개의 8분음표의 리듬조합, 즉 3:2의 문제 그리고 제3번의 Legato와 Staccato를 동시에 울려주는 Legato와 Staccato의 대비의 연습에 중점을 두고 있다. 3. Trois Nouvelles Etudes 전체의 교육적 의도는 3:4, 3:2의 음형적 배합과 Legato와 Staccato의 주법적 배합의 체득에서 오는 좌, 우 양손의 심리적인 독립에 의미가 있다. 피아노 학습에 있어 3:4와 3:2의 문제, Legato와 Staccato의 동시 연주는 이 연습곡에 의해서 체득될 수 있다고 보아 학습은 물론 예술적 기교의 연마를 위해서 본곡의 연습과 연주는 필수적인 교재의 하나라고 강조하는 바이다 .;Chopin‘s compositions for the piano are more than 200 including Trois Nouvelles Etudes, 24 Etudes (op. 10 through op. 25), 3 Sonata, 20 Valses, 4 Scherzos, 4 Ballades and 4 Impromptus. The constitution of each study has not been emphasized on the formality but abundanced with the poetic and. romantic sentiment. For this reason, although chopin's Etudes were written for the practical training of technical skill, these Etudes have been usually played at the concert. Though these Etudes have some practical difficulties the value of beauty hae been considered highly admirable. Especially, Trois Nouvelles Etudes, being made for teaching, have been more accentuated on the educational view than others. Therefore, this article bas been concentrated on the following subjects. 1. Study on the completion of Trois Nouvelles Etudes and consture of their theme. 2. Study on the some practical problems of Trois Nouvelles Etudes. 3. Clarifying the educational purpose of Trois Nouvelles Etudes, so it would be a guide to the performance and the drilling of piano. Results of this study are 1. There's no certain rule in developing the theme of Trois Nouvelles Etudes, but the balance of the figure has sustained. exactly with motive figure, proceeding the alternation of keys, rather than phrasing. 2. It is very important to exercise 3:4, 3:2, legato staccato, because the originality of Trois Nouvelles Etudes has more in the training of technical skill than in the artistic aspects. More than all, remakable charcteristics of the Etudes have showed the contrast of legato and staccato in the last, No.3. 3. In conclusion, the educational intention of these Etudes has not established the training of separate control by metrum periodically, but the combination of different rhythm or melody.
