조신설화 연구

Abstract

調信說話는 三國遺事 卷三 調信條에 所載하고 있는 說話로 他 佛敎說話보다 매우 體系化 되어있고 論理的이다. 本 硏究에서는 調信說話의 構造分析을 通하여 佛敎思想과 連結하고 幻夢構造의 他 說話나 小說과의 關係를 살펴 보았다. 本 說話의 主 思想은 다른 佛敎文學과 같이 諸行無常思想이고 觀音思想이 背景에 짙게 깔려 있으며, 構造는 佛敎의 因緣思想에에 立脚한 緣起論的 展開를 하고 있다. 또한 新羅의 觀音信仰과 彌勒信仰의 複合體로서 淨土寺와 彌勒佛의 緣起說話로서의 性格을 지니고 있지만 이것이 本 說話와의 性格과는 별 關係가 없다. 또한 影響關係를 볼 때 어느 特定한 것의 影響을 받은 것이라기보다는 佛經이나, 그로 派生된 佛敎說話에서 發生된 것 같다. 夢遊錄系 小說과는 그 展開에 있어서 같은 形式은 取했지만 本 說話의 內容面에 있어서는 判異하다. 萬福寺?浦記는 이 說話와 같은 構造로 하고 있지만 꿈 대신에 主人公 梁生의 幻을 介入시켜 緣起論的 展開를 더욱 强하게 하고 있다. 九雲夢은 本 說話가 高度로 情密化된 作品이라 할 수 있으며 佛敎思想과 儒敎思想이 교묘하게 接合되어 佛敎의 諸行無常思想을 더욱 强하게 表出 시키고 있다.;Chosin Tale that is described in the Chosin clouse of overlooked historic records of the Three States (Book-3) is well systematized better than the other Buddhism story and being theoretical. Through the analysis of Chasin Tale composition, it is studied the relation to Buddhism and the corelation to other tales of revery compsition and stories in this study. The principal conception of the Tale is that all worldly things are vanity, and it is placed under the Buddha conception and its composition is described of the fatalities that based on the cause and occesion of Buddhism. And the Tale of Chosin being a composite of both the Buddhistical faith in Silla Age and the Maitreya faith of the same is characterized with the Cause Tale of Buddhist Elysium and Maitreya, but this has hardly nothing to do the characters of this tale. Taxing a consideration of its consequences, it seems to be initieted from the derived Buddhism Tale or the sutras (Buddhist scriptures) rather than any soecifically designated influence. And the insides of this Tale are altogether different even though the compositional form is similar to the novels related to the Night-walking archives. The ""Manbok Sa ZePoki (萬福寺?浦記) are a same compsotion style as this Tale, but a stronger Cause and Occasion Theorv is emphasized with fancy of Yang, hero instead of dream. The Koowoonmong (Classic movel) may well be said to be a highly detailed work of this Tale, and it was touched adroitly with the Buddhism and confucian ideas, and being strongly expressed with the ideas of ""All worldly things are vanity"" of Buddhism.
