상업부기학습의 효율적인 지도방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

In the time toward 1980's decade development to export aiming of 10,000,000,000 Dollars equivalent in industrial and economical fields of Korea by compounding the all national power, the rational and scientific management of business shall be carried out only by the accurate data of recording, accounting, adjusting, compounding and arranging of the internal business management and dealing matters, and through which we can find out the improving guide-point of future business management. Therefore, it is needless to say that the commercial book-keeping is the key for the successful management of business. And I think the commercial book-keeping is the most important and basic accounting function among the all subject of accounting, and on this view of point, I selected the effective insturcting method of commercial book-keeping as the theme of my research study. The purpose of this research study is in establishing the instructing object of commercial book-keeping through effective and rational complete operation of this book-keeping subject, and also in analyzing the effect of studying process and practical effect, the teaching method of teachers and the examination system of book-keeping to make more rational insturcting method of commercial book-keeping subject. 1). Contemplation on Commercial Book-Keeping Subject. As the instructor of commercial book-keeping, I analyzed the system of double-book-keeping entry and its basic theory for good teaching to the students in connecting the relation between theory and practical application of the book-keeping. Also I compared the teaching time-table of commercial book-keeping subject which was decided by the Ministry of Education with that of 8 commercial high schools in Seoul, and I analyzed the contents of the text-book of commercial book-keeping subject in Ⅰ. Ⅱ. of the text-books to seek out the applicable time-table of the commercial book-keeping subject in commercial high sohools. The main parts of this research study are as follows in detail. 2) Studying status of commercial high school boys ＆ girls on commercial book-keeping subject, and its effect. I selected 320 high school boys of 2 commercial high schools, and 330 high school girls of 2 girls' commercial high schools in Seoul, and I investigated about their opinions for difficulties and easiness in understanding the commercial book-keeping subject, their interests in book-keeping subject, concerning to the time-table of book-keeping subject, recognition of employment, studying process, opinion for teachers of book-keeping, opinion for the system of examination of book-keeping qualification. And through these investigation, I tried to find out the effective instructing method of commercial book-keeping subject by improving the teaching stuff, studying circumstances, and studying method etc. 3) Studying process in commercial book-keeping of the graduates from commercial high schools, and its effect. I selected 50 male graduates from commercial high schools in Seoul withing 3 years, and 50 female graduated from girls' commercial high schools in Seoul, and I made some questionaires concerning their studying process of commercial book-keeping in high school days, and the studying effect after graduation from commercial high schools, and I tried to seek out some problems in commercial book-keeping subject for the better instruction method of book-keeping subject. 4) Studying ＆ teaching status of teachers of commercial book-keeping, and their teaching method. I selected 15 teachers of commercial book-keeping subject in 15 commercial high schools in Seoul, and I investigated about their opinion on the content of book-keeping text-books, operation system of book-keep qualification examination, studying method, time-table, teaching-stuffs, guiding the under-level pupils, quality of teachers through questionaires to seeking out the problems for improving the instructing method of commercial book-keeping subject. 5) Examination system of commercial book-keeping qualification and its problems. I analyzed the problems of 12th qualification examination of book-keeping which was held by Korea Commercial Education Association, mainly 2 and 3 grade problems concerning its tendency, and the classification of its results, and similar types of mis-answering. And through these analyzing, I tried to find out some effective teaching method of book-keeping. As described in above, I tried to seek out some effective instructing method of commercial book-keeping subject by making the following points. (1) Recognition of necessity of commercial book-keeping subject and guiding the interest in it. (2) Correct judgement of the comprehension ability in book-keeping. (3) Applicable distribution of studying contents in book-keeping subject. (4) Inducement of positive study for the given subject. (5) Cultivating the applying ability in book-keeping.;도약의 80년대를 지향하는 산업경제지침은 100억불 수출을 목표로 국민총력을 경주하는 차제에 경영의 합리화 및 과학화는 경영내부의 거래사실을 화폐단위로 정확하게 기록, 계산, 정리, 종합, 표시 된 자료에 의하여 과거를 분석하고 현재를 정확하게 파악하여 장래의 개선지표를 탐색하므로서만이 달성될 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 상업부기는 이러한 경영지표를 성패로 이끄는 관건의 요소가 된다는 것은 재언을 불허할 것이다. 이렇게 중차대한 위치를 점하고 있는 상업부기의 계산기능은 부기과목중에서도 그 중추를 이루는 기본과목이 아닌가 생각한다. 이러한 중요도를 착안한 동기에서의 본인은 상업부기학습의 효율적인 지도방안을 연구의 대상으로 선택하게 된 것이다. 본 연구의 지침은 상업부기학습의 지도목표를 확립하고 효율적이고 합리적인 완전학습의 운영방향을 모색하기 위하여 상업부기교과의 내용 및 운영실태를 연구고찰하여 제연구의 토대를 構*함과 동시에 재학생의 학습실태 및 운영효과를 파악하고 졸업생의 학습경과 및 실무효과를 분석하여 지도교사의 학습실태 및 운영방안과 부기검정시험실태 및 그 문제점을 보충종합하므로서 합리적인 운영방안과 효율적인 지도방안을 도출하여 보다 진취적이고 효율적인 상업부기의 학습지도지표를 구명하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서 요점적으로 다루어 보려는 문제를 구체적으로 요약하여 보면 다음과 같다. 1. 상업부기교육의 고찰 복식부기조직과 기본원리를 분석 종합검토하여 지도자의 입장에서 피학습자의 이해습득을 위한 핵심이 되는 요소를 도출하여 실무적응의 연결방법을 모색하고 문교부시행교육과정의 상업부기시간편성과 서울시내 8개 상업고등학교의 현생운영시간표를 비교분석함과 동시에 상업부기교과서 I, II의 단원조직 및 분량의 파악에 의하여 상업부기학습시간의 적정운영의 여부를 검토한다. 2. 재학생의 학습실태 및 그 효과 서울 시내 남자상업고등학교재학생 2개교 320명 여자 상업고등학교재학생 2개교 330명을 대상으로 상업부기학습과정에 대한 난이도, 흥미, 배당시간의 반응, 취업에 대한 인식도, 진도의 반응, 지도 교사에 대한 반응, 부기검정시험에 대한 반응 등을 조사연구 하여 학습자료, 학습환경, 학습방법 등의 개선책을 도출하여 완전학습을 지향하는 효율적인 지도방안을 모색하도록 한다. 3. 졸업생의 학습 경과 및 그 효과 서울 시내 상업고등학교졸업생 3년이내의 남자 50명 여자 50명을 대상으로 졸업전의 학습 경과와 졸업후의 학습효과에 대한 결과를 질문지법으로 도출하여 상업부기학습의 문제점을 찾고 효율적인 지도방법을 모색하도록 한다. 4. 지도교사의 학습실태 및 운영방안 서울시내 15개 상업고등학교 상업부기지도교사 15명을 대상으로 교과내용에 대한 의견, 검정시험관리 및 실태, 학습방법, 시간배정, 학습자료, 지진아 지도, 지도교사의 자질 등에 의한 문제를 질문지법 및 면접에 의하여 도출하고, 문제점 및 개선책을 검토분석하여 효율적인 지도방안을 모색하도록 한다. 5. 부기검정시험실태 및 문제점 제 12회 대한상업교육회 시행 부기검정문제중에서 상업부기 2, 3 급문제를 대상으로 각출제위원별 출제 경향의 실태를 파악하고 성적분포 및 오답유형을 분석하여 상업부기학습의 중심점을 찾고 문제점을 발견하여 효율적인 지도방안을 모색하도록 한다. 이상과 같은 제연구방법을 종합검토분석하여 ① 필요성의 인식과 흥미 유도 ② 이해능력의 올바른 판단 ③ 학습범위의 적정한 배려 ④ 제시과제에 대한 적극성의 유발 ⑤ 응용력의 개발 등을 도출하여 상업부기학습의 효율적인 지도방안이 달성되도록 한다.
