dc.description.abstract | A new alkylaminoalkoxyethoxydimethylsilane derivatives were synthesised by the reaction of dimethylethoxychlorosilane and alkylaminoalcohols. The used aminoalcohols were as follows: 1-amino-2-propanol, 1-dimethylamino-2-propanol, ℓ-2-amino-1-butanol, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 3-amino-1-propanol and 3-dimethy-lamino-1-propanol. The products were easily seperated under reduced pressure. The products were (2-Amino-1-methyl-ethoxy) ethoxydimethylsilane, (2-N,N-Dimethylamino-1-methylethozy) ethoxydimethylsilane, (2-Amino-2,2-dimethylethoxy)ethoxydime-thylsilane, (3-Aminopropoxy)ethoxydimethylsilane and (3-N,N-Dimethylaminopropoxy) ethoxydimethylsilane.;Organohalosilane으로부터 aminoalkoxy기를 포함하는 새로운 aminoalkoxyorganosilane을 합성하였다. Me_(2)SiCl_(2)의 염소기 하나를 ethoxy기로 치환시켜 Me_(2)Si(OEt)Cl(Ⅰ)을 먼저 만든 뒤 이 화합물과 다음의 aminoalcohol 유도체들을 반응시켰다. 1-Amino-2-propanol, 1-dimethylamino-2-propanol, ℓ-2-amino-1-butanol 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 3-amino-1-propanol 및 3-dimethylamino-1-propanol을 반응시켰는데 생성된 화합물은 (2-amino-1-methylethoxy) ethoxydimethylsilane(Ⅱ), (2-N, N- dimethylamino-1-methylethoxy) ethoxydimethylsilane(Ⅲ), (2-amino-2-ethylethoxy) ethoxydimethylsilane(Ⅳ), (2-amino-2, 2-dimethylethoxy) ethoxydimethylsilane(Ⅴ), (3-aminopropoxy)-ethoxydimethylsilane(Ⅵ) 및 (3-N, N-dimethylaminopropoxy)-ethoxydimethylsilane(Ⅶ)이다. 합성된 화합물들을 감압 분별 증류하여 쉽게 분리하였으며, IR 및 NMR Spectra와 분자량 측정으로 확인하였다. | - |
