우리나라産 고등어 (Scomber japonicus)의 내장에 존재하는 L-ornithine aminotransferase에 관한 연구

Abstract

우리 나라産 고등어의 내장을 cell fractionation하여 각 fraction에 존재하는 ornithine aminotransferase의 activity를 o-aminobenzaldehyde와 glutamic δ-semialdehyde로부터 황색 화합물을 생성하는 반응에 근거한 Peraino와 Pitot의 방법으로 측정하였고 단백질을 Lowry법을 이용하여 정량하였다. 그 결과 내장 중 activity의 크기 순서는 간>심장>난소>창자>비장>유문수>위 이었으며 간의 homogenate로 조사한 optimum pH는 대략 7.4이었다.;The internal organs of Korean Japonicus were fractionated to study the activity of ornithine aminotransferase in each fraction of liver, heart, ovaries, intestine, spleen, pylorus, and stomach. Its activity was measured by the colorimetric assay of Peraino and Pitot. And the amount of protein contained in each fraction of sampled organs was also measured by Lowry Method. As the result, enzyme activity of sampled organs revealed the following order ; liver>heart>ovaries>intestine>spleen>pylorus>stomach. And the activity of ornithine aminotransferase of liver homogenate had pH optimum at 7.4.
