우리나라産 蛋糞에서 Phytol의 分離에 관한 硏究

Abstract

Analytical results from the crude phytol isolated from the unsaponifiable fraction of an extract from Korean silkworm feces have been determined. 1) It was found that the total amount of chlorophyll (a & b) is dry Korean silkworm feces is about 0.18%. 2) The most profitable solvent ratio toward the silk-worm feces during the extraction of chlorophyll with acetone and methanol was sixty to seventy times. 3) It was also found that the yield of crude phytol obtained from the chlorophyll by extraction with methanol from silkworm feces was more than 85% which is the theoretical value. 4) As by products on the process during the isolation of phytol is the unsaponifiable fraction, Carotenoid, Sitosterol and Ergosterol was determined qualitatively.
