韓國 信用協同組合運動의 組合員 敎育에 關한 硏究

Abstract

本 硏究의 目的은 準位信用協同組合에서 實施하고 있는 組合員敎育의 實態와 效果및 惠澤을 分析하여 組合員敎育의 現況과 問題點을 提示 함으로써 信用協同組合의 任職員및 組合員들이 組合員敎育을 效率的으로 改善할 수 있는 方案을 수립할 수 있는 基礎資料를 提供하는데 있다. 本 硏究의 方法은 서적과 유인물등 文獻을 수집하여 내용분석방법을 실시하였고, 다음으로 質問紙를 作成하여 선정된 單位信用協同組合에 直接 또는 우송하였으며 회송된 질문지는 중앙편집을 거쳐 집계 하고 계산기를 使用하여 각문항에 대한 應答率을 산출인 후 해석을 加하여 조사결과를 本 論文에 수록하였다. 本 硏究는 單位信用協同組合 (地域과 職場)을 조사對象으로 했으며 地域組合으로는 영동신협, 한림신협, 면목신협, 금모래신협외 4개組合과 職場組合으로는 농어촌개발공사신협, 훼어챠일드쎄미코신협, 서울저금보험관리국신협, 진광중도등학교신협의 4개 조합을 선정하여 모두 8개의 單位信用協同組合이 調査對象이 되었다. 第二章에서는 信用協同組合에 關한 一般的特性으로써 信用協同組合의 定義와 信用協同組合의 分類. 基本原則, 歷史와 現況에 대하여 언급하였다. 第三章에서는 信用協同組合 組合員敎育에 關한 理論的 考察로써 組合員敎育의 定義. 內容,方法에 對하여 언급하였다. 第四章에서는 信用協同組合 組合員敎育에 關한 實態를 把握하기 위하여 質問紙調査 應答者의 一般的特性을 살펴봤으며, 單位信用協同組合 組合員敎育에 關한 실태조사로써 다음과 같은 측면에서 質文紙內容을 整理하였다. 1. 組合員들의 敎育活動에 對한 組合員들의 意見. 2. 信用協同組合의 敎育效果에 對한 組合員들의 意見. 3. 信用協同組合의 經濟的 惠澤에 對한 組合員들의 意見. 4. 地域및 職場 信用協同組合에서의 親密度및 期待에 對한 組合員들의 意見. 5. 組合員들의 信用活動에 對한 組合員들의 意見. 第五章에는 信用協同組合 組合員敎育의 問題點을 추출하였으며 추출 된 問題點은 다음과 같다. 1. 信用協同組合의 상당수의 組合員들은 그들이 받은 組合員敎育에 充分히 滿足하지 못하고 있다. 2. 상당수의 信用協同組合에서는 組合員敎育의 重要한 方法中의 하나인 月例會가 正常的으로 이루어지지 못하고 있고 月例會를 開催하는 組合의 경우에도 참석율이 좋지 못하다. 3. 信用協同組合의 組合員들은 아직도 상당수가 契를 하고 있어 철저한 組合員敎育이 시급히 要請되고 있다. 4. 信用協同組合의 非組合員을 新規組合員으로 加入시키기 爲한 소개 교육활동이 저조하다. 5. 信用協同組合의 구성원인 組合員과 任·職員 相互間의 共同體 意識이 不足하다. 6. 信用協同組合의 組合員敎育에 對한 組合員들의 참석율이 저조하다. 第六章에서는 本論文의 要約과 아울러 信用協同組合 組合員敎育의 問題點에 對한 解決方案으로 다음과 같이 提示하고자 한다. 1. 組合員에 對한 철저한 實態把握을 한후에 면밀한 組合員敎育計劃을 수립하여야 한다. 2. 시청각교육방법과 현지답사교육방법등을 좀더 많이 도입하여야 한다. 3. 信用協同組合 構成員의 共同體意識을 강화하기 爲하여 組合員 敎育을 철저히 實施하여야 한다. 4. 組合員敎育에 對한 좀더 적극적인 財政지원을 해주어야 한다.;The purpose of this study is to analysis the present condition problems, effects and benefits of the Credit-Union membership education programs and to provide basic data which is necessary for the preparation of more adequate Credit Union membership education program. The research methods used in this study are as following : 1) The collection of reference books and printed materials and the content analysis of those materials. 2) The questionaire survey to the selected S Credit Unions. The selected 8 Credit Unions are four community Credit Unions and four office Credit Unions. The names of community Credit Unions are 1) Young Dong Credit Union, 2) Han Lim Credit Union, 3) Myunmock Credit Union, and 4) Keum Morae Credit Unions. The names of office Credit Unions are 1) Agricultural and Fishery Village Development Cooperation Credit Union, 2) Fair Child Semico Credit Union, 3) Seoul Savings Insurance Bureau Credit Union, 4) Jin Kwang Middle and High School Credit Unions. Chapter two contains the general characteristics (definition, classification, basic priciple, history and present condition) of the credit union. Chapter three states the definition, content and method of membership education as the theoretical consideration of the Credit Union membership education. Chapter four shows the results of questionaire survey on the actual condition of Credit Union membership education. The main points of the survey results are as following : 1. Opinion of the members on the educational activity of the Credit Union. 2. Opinion of the members on the educational effect of the Credit Union. 3. Opinion of the members on the economic benefit of the Credit Union. 4. Opinion of the members on the intimacy and expectation in the community and office Credit Union. 5. Opinion of the members on the credit activity of the members. In chapter five, the main problems of the membership education of Credit Union are as following : 1. Substantial numbers of Credit Union members do not think that their membership education are satisfactory. 2. A monthly-meeting, which is one of the important method for the membership education, are not held in many Credit Unions. In case that is held, the participation rate is not satisfactory. 3. Substantial numbers of Credit Union members are still continuing the "Kye" activities. Therefore more adequate membership education is urgently needed. 4. Orientation educational activities for the non-members to promote membership increase are not satisfactory. 5. Lack of group unity among the members and officials of Credit Unions. 6. The participation rate of the Credit Union members for the membership education is not satisfactory. Chapter six states the summary and conclusion of this study and suggests the following solutions on the problems of membership education. 1. A detailed on membership education plan must be established after conducting an adequate membership survey. 2. Audio-Visual education methods and field survey educational methods must be introduced. 3. An adequate membership education program must be held to strengthen the group unity among the members. 4. More sufficient financial support must be made for the membership education program.
