Vitamin A 의 기하 이성체 분리에 관한 연구

Abstract

우리 나라에서 생산되는 바닷 물고기와 민물고기의 내장과 눈알 중에 함유된 비타민 A₁과 A₂ 이성체를 Thin Layer chromatography에 의하여 Mesityl Oxide : Petroleum Ether를 1 : 4로 혼합한 전개액으로 분리 확인 하였으며 비타민 A₁과 A₂의 함량비는 Carr-Price반응에 의한 Carr-Price법으로 측정하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. Carr-Price 반응에 의하여 Carr-Price법으로 측정한 비타민 A₁과 A₂의 함량비는 다음과 같다. ◁표 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요);The studies on the seperation of vitamin A₁, A₂ Alcohol isomers by Thin Layer chromatography. The isomers of Vitamin A₁ alcohol and A₂ alcohol in Fresh water fishes and Marine fishes in Korea were seperated by Thin Layer Chromdtography on Kieselgel G. With Petroleum Ether and Mesityl Oxide (4 : 1) as developing solvent. And the ratio of the Vitamin A₁ : A₂ were estimated by the Carr-Price method with the Carr-Price reaction.
