Abstract
1. purpose of this study. The purpose of this study is to find the differences and tendencies of value-orientation among students, teachers, and parents. 2. methods and Sample. a. Two methods were employed; the Survey of related literature and questionair b. Sample Subjects : ◁표삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) 3. Construction and Classification of Value-orientation Measure. A Value-scale which consists of forty six test items was administered. The items measure present and future-time Orientation, absolute and relative moral orientation, social and achievement Orientatin, and individual and conformity Orientation. 4. Treatment of Data In dealing with data, middle school students, high school students, college students, teachers and parents were classified by age and sex, and responses to the questionaie were compared in percentage. 5. Findings. (1) It has been found that the students are more dominant in achievement orientation, future-time orientation, relativistic moral attitude than teachers and parents. (2) Teachers are more dominant in present-time orientation sociability and individualistic moral attitude than students. (3) However, there is no difference between teachers and parents. (4) Men are more dominant individualistic moral attitude and achievement orientation, and women are stronger in sociability and relativistic moral attitude. (5) The young generation is stronger in relativistic moral attitude, and the old generation is stronger inpresent-time orientation and individualistic moral attitude. (6) Generally speaking, most of the younger people in our society are stronger in future-time orientation and achievement orientation.;A. 硏究의 目的 本 硏究의 目的은 敎育을 받고 있는 世代인 中高等學生과 大學生, 그리고 敎育을 시키는 여러 年令層인 敎員과 學父母間의 價値觀의 差異와 推移를 밝히는데 있다. B. 硏究의 方法 本 硏究의 目的을 達成하기 위하여 文獻硏究와 質問紙를 使用하였다. 質問紙의 標集對象과 數는 다음과 같다. 1. 標集對象 ◁표 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) 2. 價値觀 尺度의 製作分類 價値觀 尺度의 製作은 金永植-韓恩淑이 製作한 價値尺度 124問項을 8個의 價値觀念으로 分類하여 46問項으로 作成하였다. 3. 資料處理方法 資料處理方法에 있어서는 中學校, 高等學校, 大學校, 敎員 및 父兄 等을 男·女別 年令別로 分類하여 各 標集對象의 質問紙에 對한 反應數를 百分率로 表示 比較하였다. C. 硏究의 結果 1. 學生은 克已的 未來指向性과 成就指向性, 相對的 道德性에서 敎員 學父兄보다 높은 價値觀을 가지고 있다. 2. 敎員은 快樂的 現在指向性, 社交性, 絶對的 道德性에서 學生보다 優勢하다. 3. 學父兄 敎員에 있어서는 意義있는 差異가 없다. 4. 男性은 絶對的 道德性, 成就指向性에서 女性은 社交性, 相對的 道德性에서 優勢하다. 5. 젊은世代는 克已的 未來指向性과 相對的 道德性에서, 旣成世代는 快樂的 現在指向性과 絶對的 道德性에서 優勢하다. 6. 우리社會 全體的으로 克己的 未來指向性, 成就指向性에서 높은 價値觀을 보이고 있다.
