Abstract
20世紀에 접어들어 急進的인 料學技術의 發展으로 인하여 모든 생활양식과 社會體制가 變化되어 가고 있다. 여기에 適應하기 위하여 우선적으로 해결하여야 할 問題는 敎育全般에 걸쳐 革新的인 發展이 추구되어야 한다는 것이다. 왜냐하면 한 國家의 國力은 敎育의 成敗에 달려있기 때문이다. 幼兒敎育의 重要性도 急進的으로 認定되어짐에 따라 心理學的 敎育學的 硏究結果로 多樣한 學習理論과 方法이 정립되었고, 現職敎員은 幼兒敎育에 관한 專門知識을 더욱 必要로 하게 되었다. 이러한 必要性은 幼兒敎育의 向上과 發展이 敎員의 資質에 따라 左右될 만큼 敎員의 位置가 중요하기 때문이다. 敎員의 資質을 發展시키기 위한 方法으로는 敎員養成機關의 改善策이 가장 必要하나, 現時點에서 그 實效를 거두기 위해 現職敎員들을 위한 再敎育이 施行되어져야 한다. 즉 敎員이 專門知識을 넓히고 새로운 學理論과 方法에 適應하려면 定期的인 再敎育을 받아야 할 것으로 생각한다. 故로 本 硏究에서 밝히고자 하는 目的은, 1. 韓國幼稚園敎員 再敎育의 現況을 밝히고 2. 幼稚園敎員의 資質向上을 圖謀하기 위한 바람직한 再敎育의 方向을 模索하며 3. 幼稚園敎員 再敎育의 기초적 資料를 얻고자 하는데 두었다. 以上과 같은 目的을 達成하기 위해, 外國과 韓圍의 幼稚園敎員養成機關 및 再敎育現況을 考察하고 이상적인 幼稚園敎員 再敎育의 方向提示에 대한 意見을 綜合分析함으로서, 우리나라 幼稚園敎育 正常化를 위한 方案의 기초적 資料를 提供하고자 하였다. 이에 따른 硏究方法은 文獻硏究와 質問紙法을 使用하였다. 文獻硏究는 幼稚園敎員 再敎育에 관한 國內外 文獻과 硏究資料 및 各種 再敎育에 관한 資料를 수집, 分析하였으며, 질문지法은 幼稚園敎員 再敎育에 관한 意見을 알아보기 위해 質問紙를 作成하여 全國 幼稚園 敎員中 100名을 類層別 표집법에 의해 選定하여 회수된 分析對象 302名(75.5%)에 대한 資料를 x₂(카이자승)에 의해 有意度 검증을 하고 류관계수(c)와 百分率(%)을 使用하여 정리 分析하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 幼兒期 敎育은 人間敎育의 기초가 되는 매우 중요한 과정이므로 우리나라의 幼稚園 敎育도 先進國과 같이 정규고육기관에 포함되어야 한다. 2. 幼稚園 敎員에 대한 사회적인 신분(보수, 대우)이 改善되어야 한다. 3. 幼稚園敎員 再敎育도 初, 中等學校 敎員에 대한 再敎育과 같이 國家가 이를 뒷받침 해 주어야 한다. 4. 幼稚園 敎員 養成機關의 수업년한과 敎育과정에 차이가 있으므로, 再敎育時에도 단계별로 再敎育內容을 調整하여 實施하는 것이 좋겠다. 5. 再敎育은 잘 짜여진 計劉下에 長期間 연속적으로 施行되어야 한다. 6. 再敎育 교수방법은 종래의 집단 강의식 보다는 학급별 편성을 하여 敎員이 직접 교재를 제작, 실습하며 相瓦間에 討議할 수 있는 方法이 좋겠다. 7. 再敎育을 擔當하는 講師는 理論과 實際를 겸비한 敎授가 擔當하는 것이 좋겠다. 8. 지금까지 再敎育後의 惠澤이 별로 주어지지 않았으므로, 敎員이 의욕적으로 재교육에 임할 수 있도록 진급, 보수등에 變化가 있어야 하겠다.;Along with the rapid development of a scientific technique from the beginning of the 20th century, the whole made of living and social system have been changed. To begin with, the first task that should be solved in order to meet those needs is the pursuit of a reformatory development ranging over the whole education field. For the national resources of a country depends upon the success or failure of the ducation. In proportion as the importance of education for children has been recognized rapidly, various teaching theories and methods have been developed as a result of psychological and pedagogic studies. And it is more necessary for the teachers on the active list to acquire the advanced professional knowledge on the children's education than any other times. From view of the fact that the improvement and development of children's education depends largely upon the character and quality of teachers, the important, of their position may be emphasized. In order to promote the quality of teachers, it is felt necessary to improve teacher's organization. Under the present circumstances existed in our country, however, it is more effective method to carry out a comprehensive in-service training program for the teachers engaged in children's education. Therefore, it is consdiered imperative to provide the teachers with a periodic in-service training so that they may adapt themselves to new teaching theories and methods which are necessary to get the advanced program. The scopes of this study are as follows : 1. To reveal the present situation of the in-service training program of kindergarten in Korea. 2. To search for orientation of the in-service training in order to promote the quality of kindergarten teachers. 3. To collect the fundamental data for the in-service training of kindergarten teahcers. In order to accomplish the scopes above mentioned this study is intended to take into consideration the training organizations, the in-service training Program and its present situation in Korea and other countries, thereby contributing to make an offer the fundamental data for the normalization of kindergarten in Korea by synthesizing and analyzing their opinions for the orientation of the in-service training for kindergarten teachers. The method of this research is to study the literature on the kindergarten education, to synthesize and analyze various materials for the study or literature in and out of country on the in-service training for kindergarten teachers, and to try a questionnaire drawn up for the purpose of search for theories of the in-service training for kindergarten teachers. Questionnaire containing 20 items of questions was distributed to 400 kindergarten teachers who are selected by status analysis throughout the country and the materials collected from 302 respondents (75.5%) were made significance test by Kaiser Multiplication (X²). Also they are analyzed by Contingency (C) and per-centage (%). The conclusiohs obtained by this research are summarized as follows : 1. Pre-elementary education in Korea as the primary stage of the human education, a very important process, should be brought in the regular educational institution as the advanced nations of the world had. 2. Kindergartener's social position (pay, treatment) should be improved. 3. The government support for the in-service training of kindergarteners is desired to make efforts with enthusiastic attitude for the improvement and development of their quality as elementary or secondary school teachers. 4. Kindergarten teachers being reeducated, the content adjustment of the in-service training is desired to be practiced by stage due to the difference between a course of study and curriculum of the training organization for them. 5. The in-service training program should be carried out continuously on a long term basis. 6. Kindergartener's own practice, reciprocal discussion and manufacture of the studying materials by organizing classes are more desirable than the mass lecture prevailed in the past. 7. The lecturing staff is desirable to be cimposed of those teachers who possess both theory and practice. 8. After their reeducation, up to the present, it did not give kindergarten teachers an advantage over teachers who had not been well reeducated. Therefore, the distinction of promotion and pay between the reeducated and the non-reeducated is desired to enable them to make efforts willingly for the in-service training.
