작문 평가의 기준설정에 관한 연구

Abstract

본고는 작문 평가의 기준이 아직 정립되지 않았다는 점 과 작문 평가가 단순히 평가 기능에 만 치우쳐 소홀히 다루어지고 있다는 문제 의식을 바탕으로 , 이를 해결하기 위해서 작문 지도와 평가 기능을 효과 적으로 수 행 할 수 있는 작문 평가의 기준을 설정하는데 그 초점을 두었다. 그리하여 작문 평가의 기준과 그 설정 방안을 제시하고 궁극적으로는 작문 능력을 신장시켜 줄 수 있는 평가가 되어야 한다는 점을 시사하여 작문 평가의 질적 개선과 제도적 정착을 다지는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 그동안 작문 평가의 기준 설정에 관한 연구 실태의 이론적 기초가 부족하고 그 내용이 일시적이며 부분적인 경향을 보인 미비점을 보완하기 위하여 본고에서는 국어과 교육과정의 작문 지도 목표와 내용에 기초를 두고 평가 기능의 질적 개선과 제도적 정착을 다질 수 있는 방법을 탐색하였다. Ⅱ장에서는 작문 평가의 기준 설정을 위한 이론적 기초로 방법론적 관점과 교육과정론적 관점에 중점을 두고 탐색 접근하였다. Ⅲ장에서는 Ⅱ장에서 이루어진 이론적 기초를 바탕으로 하여 작문 절차상의 평가 기준과 작문 결과물에 대한 평가 기준을 설정해 보았다. 그리고 Ⅳ장에서는 설정된 평가 기준의 실용성을 검증하기 위하여 실제 학생의 글을 평가 기준표를 이용하여 평가해보았다. 결국 본고는 많은 제한점이 따를 수 있지만 학생의 작문 능력을 구체적이며 세부적으로 평가하고 작문 능력 신장에 도움을 주는 작문 평가의 기준을 설정할 수 있다는 가능성을 찾을 수 있었다. 그리하여 본 연구의 의의는 작문 평가 기능의 질적 개선과 제도적 정착을 다지는데 둘 수 있을 것이다.;This study, based on the fact that concrete standards for evaluating compositions haven't been established yet and evaluation of a composition is being treated carelessly focusing only on the simple functions of evaluation, flaced its focus on the establishment of standards for evaluating compositions effectively. The goal of this study, therefore, is to consolidate the qualitative improvement and systematic settlement of composition evaluation by implying that are should present standards for composition evaluation by implying that are should present standards for composition evaluation and plans for establishing them to make evaluation itself to be the one which can expand composer's writing ability. To supplement the lack of theoretical foundation in the actual circumstances of studies on the establishment of stands for evaluation compositions and eh defect of showing substantial temporary and partial inclinations, this study explored methods to strengthen the qualitative improvement and systematic settlement of evaluation functions based upon the guiding goals of Korean language and literature curricula and their details. The second chapter of this study demonstrates some methodological views and those of curriculum theories as the theoretical basis for establishing standards for composition evaluation. In the third chapter, based on the theoretical basis discussed in the previous chapter, two kinds of evaluation standards, i.e., standard for evaluating the procedure of composition and the for evaluating the result of composition, are presented. And in the fourth chapter, actual compositions of students are evaluated through evaluation diagram to test the validity of those standards established. Consequently speaking, there may be some insufficiency in this study, but the author could find a possibility of establishing standards for evaluation compositions that can judge students' writing abilities concretely and minutely and help to expand students' writing abilities. Therefore, the significance of this study lies in the consolidation of qualitative improvement and systematic settlement of composition evaluation.
