체제적 접근에 의한 산업훈련 프로그램의 효과에 관한 실험연구

Abstract

Ⅰ. 서론 급변하는 산업사회에서 모든 기업이나 산업체의 유지 발전은 그 구성원인 인적자원을 어떻게 개발하고 활용하느냐에 달려있다. 그러나 현재 인적자원 개발을 위한 산업훈련은 충분한 효과를 거두지 못 하고 있다. 산업훈련을 효과적, 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 종합적이고 체제적인 교수설계를 통한 훈련 프로그램의 개발 및 적응이 절실히 요구되고 있다. R. Watson의 교수체제개발 모형은 조직체의 기존 제한점을 충분히 고려함으로써 기업체의 훈련에 현실적인 적응가능성을 충분히 내포하고 있고, 교수개발 전문가가 아닌 강사나 행정가들도 이해, 적용하기에 충분할 만큼 모든 단계를 간결하고 종합적으로 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 R. Watson의 체제적 접근에 의한 교수체제개발 모형을 기초로 한 산업훈련 프로그램을 개발, 그 효과를 실험 검증하는 데 있다. Ⅱ. 연구문제 본 연구에서 다루고자 하는 문제는 다음과 같다. 1. Watson의 교수체제개발 모형을 적용한 실험집단과 종래의 방법으로 학습한 비교집단은 사후성취도에 유의미한 차가 있는가? 2. 위의 실험집단과 비교집단에서 각 집단내의 사전검사와 사후검사간의 성취도 차이에 있어서 두 집단간에 유의미한 차가 있는가? 3 . 체제적 접근의 교수설계를 적용한 수업에 대한 학습자의 반응은 어떠한가? Ⅲ. 연구방법 및 절차 A. 연구대상 본 연구의 실험은 서울에 소재한 C은행의 단말기오퍼레이터(operator)연수 대상인 여직원 중, 실험집단(40명)과 비교집단(40명)을 임의로 선택하여 실시하였다. B. 도구 연구도구로는 Watson의 교수체제개발 모형을 기초로 고안된 “고객정보관리” 단원의 교수-학습 지도안을 작성하여 사용하였다. 수업진행을 위해서는 슬라이드, TP자료 및 학습자용 인쇄물(handout)을 설계 , 제작하여 사용하였다. 그리고 학습성취도를 측정하기 위한 평가도구로는 사전 , 사후검사를 개발하여 사용하였다. C. 연구절차 1987년 2월 ~ 3월 중순까지 교수-학습 지도안과 교수자료를 제작하였다. 1987년 3월 16일에는 비교집단에게 종래의 방법으로 수업을 진행 하였으며, 1987년 4월 6일에는 체제적 접근의 교수설계에 의해 실험집단에게 수업을 실시하였다. 비교집단과 실험집단에게 모두 사전, 사후검사를 실시하였고, 수업이 끝난 후 실험집단을 대상으로 의견조사를 실시하였다. D . 결과처리 본 연구에서는 실험집단과 비교집단간의 학습성취도 비교 검증에는 t-test를 사용하였으며, 실험집단에게 실시한 의견조사는 백분율로 처리하였다. Ⅳ. 결과 1 . 실험집단과 비교집단의 사후성취도의 차이는 0.1% 수준에서 유의미한 차를 보였다(t=11.98, p<0.001). 따라서 체제적 접근의 교수설계를 적용한 수업이 종래의 수업방법보다 매우 효과적이었음을 알 수 있다. 2. 실험집단과 비교집단에서 각 집단내의 사전검사와 사후검사간의 성취도의 차이는 0.1%수준에서 유의미한 차를 보였다(t=11.00, p<0.001). 따라서 체제적 접근의 교수설계를 적용한 실험집단이 비교집단에 비하여 학습성취도면에서 월등한 발전이 있었음을 알 수 있다. 3. 실험집단에게 실시한 의견조사 결과, 체제적 접근의 교수설계를 적용한 수업에 대한 학습자의 반응은 흥미 및 동기유발, 이해도의 측면에서 매우 호의적인 것으로 나타났다.;In rapidly changing industrial society, development of all business and industry organizations depends on the development and utilization of human resources. Now, however, industrial training for the development of human resources is not successful enough. For the effective and efficient industrial training, it is needed the development and application of the training program through the systematic instructional design. The main purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the systematic instructional method and the conventional method in industrial training. For the systematic instructional design, Watson's instructional system development model was applied in this study. The problems in this study were as follows: 1. Is there significant difference between the post-test scores of the experimental group and the comparative group? 2. Is there significant difference between the differences of the pre-test and the post-test scores in each group? 3. What are the learner's responses about instruction applied to the systematic instructional method? The subjects of this study were 80 employees of C Bank in Seoul. The subjects were divided into two groups; the experimental group of 40 employees and the comparative group of 40 employees. The experimental group was taught by the systematic instructional method while the comparative group was taught by the conventional method. The pretest and the post-test were given to both groups in order to compare the difference between two methods. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The post-test scores of two groups were analyzed with t-test. The result indicated that the experimental group scored higher than the comparative group at 0.1% level (t = 11.98, p < 0.001). 2. The differences between the pre-test and the post-test scores in each group were found to be significantly different at 0.1% level (t = 11.00, p < 0.001). 3. The questionnaire was distributed to the experimental group at the end of the experiment. The employees indicated that they favored the systematic instructional method in industrial training as a way of effective learning.
