Abstract
本 硏究는 中學生에게 創意性 프로그램을 실시하여 創意性의 訓練效果를 확인해보고자 한다. 즉 創意性의 訓練效果가 있는지, 그리고 부가적으로 創意性의 訓練效果가 知能과 學業成就度, 性別과 어떤 관계가 있는지의 문제를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 硏究問題에 따라 다음과 같은 假說이 세워졌다. 假說 1. 創意性을 訓練받은 實驗集團은 訓練받지 않은 統制集團보다 創意性 檢査의 총점에 있어서 유의하게 높은 수준을 나타낼 것이다. 假說 2. 創意性의 訓練效果는 創意性의 要因에 따라 差異가 있을 것이다. 假說 3. 知能의 上位集團이 下位集團보다 創意性의 訓練效果가 높을 것이다. 假說 4. 學業成就度의 上位集圈이 下位集團보다 創意性의 訓練效果가 높을 것이다. 假說 5. 男,女 間의 創意性 訓練의 效果에는 差異가 없을 것이다. 硏究對象은 경기도 양평군 내에 있는 中學校 1학년 2개반 66명이었고, 2개반 중 한 반은 實驗集團으로서 創意性 프로그램을 4주간 訓練받고, 다른 한 반은 統制集團으로서 訓練을 실시하지 않았다. 本 硏究에서 사전, 사후검사로 사용한 도구는 創意性 檢査였다. 위의 假說을 검증하기 위하여 수집된 자료를 t-檢證하였다. 硏究結果를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 創意性 프로그램으로 訓練받은 實驗集國의 創意性 점수는 訓練받지 않은 統制集團보다 유의하게 높은 수준을 나타냈다. 2. 創意性의 6개 要因중 開防性을 제외한 流暢性, 融通性, 獨創性, 精巧性, 組織性은 모두 統制集團보다 實驗集團의 평균치의 차가 의의있게 向上되었다. 3. 知能의 上位集圈은 下位集國보다 創意性 프로그램에 의한 訓練效果가 크게 나타났다. 4. 學業成就度의 上位集國은 下位集國보다 創意性 프로그램에 의한 訓練效果가 더 크게 나타났다. 5. 男, 女 間에는 創意性 프로그램의 訓練效果에 있어서 差異가 없었다. 결국, 意性은 적절한 프로그램을 실시함으로써 開發될 수 있음이 밝혀졌고, 知能과 學業成就度에 따라 創意性의 訓練效果는 差異가 나타났으나, 性別에 따라서는 創意性 訓練效果의 差異가 없었음이 밝혀졌다.;This study is designed to find the training effect of the improvement of creativity, applying a program for creativity to the students in middle school. In other words, are there any training effect in the program? In addition, what relations does this training effect of the program have to intelligence, academic achievement and sex. The following hypotheses might be built. Hypothesis 1. The experimental group trained by this program might get more significant marks, than the controlled group in the total score of Creativity Test. Hypothesis 2. The training effect of creativity might be different in accordance with the factors of creativity. Hypothesis 3. The superior group might get more significant training effect than the inferior group in the phase of intelligence. Hypothesis 4. The superior group might get more significant training effect than the inferior group in the phase of academic achievement. Hypothesis 5. The sexual difference between boys and girls might not be showed in the training effect. The object group are 66 first year students in two classes in a middle school at Yang pyong-gun in kyoggi-do. One class as a experimental group was trained by the program of creativity and the other as a controlled group was not trained by it. In this study, a test for creativity was used as a mean for pre and post tests. And T-test was used to verify each of the hypotheses with the collected research materials. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The creativity marks of the experimental group trained by the creativity program were more significant than those of the controlled group. 2. The gap between pre test and post test of a mean score of the experimental group was significantly increased in five factors; Fluency, Flexibility, Orginality, Elaboration, Organization, but not in the only one factor : Opennes. 3. In the phase of intelligence the superior was more improved than the inferior through the training program. 4. In the phase of academic achievement, the superior got better marks than the inferior due to the training program. 5. There was no significant difference between the boys and girls in the effect of creativity training. Conclusively, it appeared that creativity could be improved by applying a proper program and the difference in the effect of creativity could be showed in accordance with intelligence and academic achievement.
