국민학교 아동의 어머니 취업에 대한 태도 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 취업모 가정의 자녀들이 어머니의 취업에 대해 어떻게 지각하고 어떤 태도를 갖는가를 알아봄으로써 자녀의 관점에서 어머니의 취업을 조명해보고 취업모들의 자녀양육에 시사점을 주어 취업모와 그 자녀간의 보다 바람직한 관계 형성에 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구에서 설정한 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동의 가정환경변인 (어머니의 학력, 어머니의 취업기간, 부모의 수입)은 어머니 취업에 대한 자녀의 태도와 관계가 있을 것이다. 둘째, 어머니의 취업태도는 어머니 취업에 대한 자녀의 해도와 관계가 있을 것이다. 셋째, 어머니 취업의 아버지 지지도는 어머니 취업에 대한 자녀의 태도와 관계가 있을 것이다. 위의 문제를 검증하기 위해 인천 시내 소재한 4개 국민학교 5, 6학년 아동으로서 현재 어머니가 취업하고 있고 양부모가 모두 있는 아동 358명을 대상으로 질문지를 통하여 어머니의 취업에 대한 태도를 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Pearson의 상호상관계수(r),중다회귀분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 가정환경 변인 (어머니의 학력, 어머니의 취업기간 , 부모의 수입) 중 취업기간만이 어머니의 취업에 대한 자녀의 태도와 관계가 있다. 즉 어머니의 취업 기간이 길수록 어머니 취업에 대해 자녀는 긍정적 태도를 가진다. 2. 어머니 취업태도는 어머니의 취업에 대한 자녀의 태도를 의의있게 예언해준다. 즉 어머니가 취업에 긍정적 태도를 가진다고 지각한 자녀일수록 자녀의 태도도 긍정적이다. 3. 어머니의 취업에 대해 아버지의 지지도는 어머니의 취업에 대한 자녀의 태도를 의의있게 예언해 준다. 즉 아버지가 어머니의 취업을 적극 지지한다고 지각한 자녀일수록 긍정적 태도를 가진다.;In this study, this researcher is to give help to the formation of more desirable relation between employed mothers and their children, by trying to illuminate the employment of mothers from the viewpoint of children and giving the suggestion point to the children's upbringing of employed mothers, after examining how the children's at the home of employed mothers perceive about the employment of mothers and whitch attitude they have. The qusstions established in this study are as follows : 1. The variable factors of home environment of children (school career of mothers, employment peeriod of mothers, and income of parents) will have relate on the attitude of children about the employment of mothers. 2. The employment attitude of mothers will have relate on the attitude of children about the employment of mothers. 3. The supporting degree of fathers of mothers' employment will have relate on the attitude of children about the employment of mothers. This researcher examine the attitude about the mothers' employment through questionnaire on 358 children whose mothers are employed and whose parents exist as the children at the 5th and 6th grade in 4 elementary school located in Incheon so as to verify above questions. About the collected data, mutual coefficient(r) of Pearson, multiple regression analysis and phased stepwise multiple regression analysis were made. To summarize the result of this is as follow : 1. Among the variable factors (school career of mother, employment period of mothers, and income of partent) of home environment, only the employment period predicts the attitude of children about the employment of mothers significantly. That is, according as the employment period of mother is long, children have the affirmative attitude about the employment of mothers 2. The employment attitude of mothers is relate the attitude of children about the employment of mothers. That is, in case of the children who perceived that mothers have the affirmative attitude about employment, the attitude of children was affirmative also. 3. The supporting degree of fathers about the employment of relate the altitude of children about the employment of mothers significantly. That is, the children who perceived that father support the employment of mother positively have the affirmative attitude.
