국민학교 학생의 진로인식에 관한 조사연구

Abstract

본 논문의 목적은 국민학교 4,5,6학년 학생들의 진로인식도를 조사하고 진로인식 수준과 학생들의 성별, 학년별, 보호자의 직업별, 보호자의 학력별 및 조사지역별과의 관련을 분석하여 앞으로의 진로교육을 실시하기 위한 기본적 자료를 얻는 데 있다. 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 갈다. 1. 학생들의 진로인식 수준은 어떠한가? 2. 학생들의 진로인식 수준은 아래의 변인에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는가? 2-1.학생들의 진로인식 수준은 학년별로는 어떠한 차이가 있는가? 2-2.학생들의 진로인식 수준은 성별로는 어떠한 차이가 있는가? 2-3.학생들의 진로인식 수준은 보호자의 직업별로는 어떠한 차이가 있는가? 2-4.학생들의 진로인식 수준은 보호자의 학력별로는 어떠한 차이가 있는가? 2-5.학생들의 진로인식 수준은 조사지역별로는 어맥한 차이가 있는가? 본 연구의 조사대상은 서울 시내 국민학교 4,5,6학년 학생 600명이다. 본 연구에서 사용된 설문지는 김형석의 진로개발교육과 한국교육계발원에서 연구된 내용을 분석하여 작성하였으며 이중 23게의 문항을 유출 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 자아와 관련된 문제에 관하여 대다수(92%)의 학생은 자신의 성격, 특성, 능력 등을 잘 파악하고 있고 긍정적인 반응을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 일의 가치관 및 태도에 관하여 과반수 이상의 학생들은 소질과 적성을 자신의 진로와 매우 관계가 길은 것으로 인식하고 있다. 셋째, 일의 세계에 관하여 일에 대한 인식도가 낮게 나타났다. 넷째, 일의 선택에 관하여 상당수의 학생은 교육자와 과학자가 되기를 희망하고 있다. 다섯째, 일의 인식에 관하여 많은 학생들이 학교변인(교과서, 교사)보다는 가정변인(TV, 부모)을 통하여 일을 알게 되는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 학교 교육과 일과 관련된 문계에 관하여 학생들은 현제 학교에서 학습하고 있는 교과중 일부 교과에만 진로교육에 책임이 있는 것으로 인식하고 있다.;The purpose of this study is to analyze career awareness levels of the elementary school student's and to acquire the fundamental materials needed for career education. There are 2 areas research including a survey of 600 elementary school students. 1. How is career awareness level of the elementary school students? 2. How are above 6 criteria about the career awareness of the elementary students concerned with their sex, grade, the school career of their parant's occupation, their parent's academic career, survey region? 600 boys and girls were randomly sampled out from the 4th grade to 6th grade of elementary school students, and examination was made, by a guestionaire. The responses by guestions ware calculated by percentage, and then Chi-Sqare test was conducted by sex grade, region etc, to determine the significance. Result of the study is as follows. 1. The study has shown positive responses concerning how well the child knows himself. 2. On motivation and attitude of career, more than half of studens recognize to be concerned quality, aptitude with their career. 3. The world of career, career awareness level of elementy school studens has showned a low degrees. 4. Most children have selected the teaching and scientific fields. 5. School variable such as teacher and text books more effectivly influenced the process of career awareness than did the home varables such as T.V and parents. 6. About school education concerning career awareness the children did not recognize all of the subject matter given to then, Most of the children did realize that school is the best place to acquire knowledge.
