중학교 교육과정과 희곡지도방법 연구

Abstract

문학교육의 목표는, 문학을 통하여 학생들의 감성을 세련되게 하고 상상력과 창조력을 길러 주는데 있다. 이런 목표를 달성하기 위해 중학교 국어 교과서에는 여러 장르의 문학이 실려 있는데, 희곡도 그 중에서 한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 중학교 국어 교과서는 모두 6권이다. 이 중에서 희곡 작품은 단 두 편이 실려 있으며, 희곡교육에 대한 논의도 아주 적은 편이다. 그래서 본고에서는 희곡 작품에 대한 관심을 고양시키고 문학의 한 장르로서 희곡을 잘 맛보게 하기 위해 무엇을, 어떻게 가르칠 것인가 하는 지도내용과 방법에 대해 생각해 보았다. 수업의 장에서 학생들에게 대상 작품을 감상하고 상상하게 하여 작품의 의미를 파악하게 한 뒤 교사의 조리 있는 질문을 통해 학습자 스스로 전체의 느낌을 잡도록 하여 희곡을 이해하고 체계화 하는 대화식 수업을 그 지도 방법으로 삼았으며, 지도 내용과 순서는 다음과 같다. ① 묵독으로 여러번 읽게하여 전체적인 분위기를 잡게 한다. ② 짜임잡기를 한다. ③ 인물에 대하여 안다. ④ 갈등의 모습을 안다. ⑤ 상상하게 한다. ⑥ 전제를 파악하게 한다. ⑦ 입체낭독을 한다. 이 내용과 순서에 따라 학습지도안을 제시 하였는데, 기존의 교사용지도서와의 가장 큰 차이는 상상력과 감상 지도에 중점을 두기 위하여 지도순서를 달리한데 있다. 본고에서는, 문학교육은 이론을 넘어서서 학생들의 상상력을 키워주는 느낌잡기 공부가 되어야 한다는 것과 학생을 중심으로 한 교육과정인 제5차 국어과 교육과정의 목표 '국어와 문학에 대한 이해 및 관심'을 높이는 것에 그 지향하는 바를 두었다.;The Education of Literature's goal is to improve the imagination and creativeness of the student's feeling through literature. In order to acheive this goal, the textbook of Korean in middle school deals with several genre of literature, including drama. The middle school's textbooks of Korean are six ones. However, there are only two works of drama among these textbooks and also it is treated less importantly to discuss. So, this article empasis on what or how to teach in order to foster the concerns of drama. Many inquires between teachers and students are needed to understand the works of drama, because this is the most important material to teach the works. The guide of handbook of student and program are follows: ① Repeat reading silently in order to catch the whole meaning ② Understand the Structure ③ Comprehend the Character ④ See the aspect of Conflict ⑤ Imagination ⑥ Understand the works as a whole ⑦ Dramatic reading This article is to suggest the handbook for students as the above-mentioned contents and program. Comparing the other existing guide, this contains the great difference. The Education of Literature is to foster the imagination of students not theoretically but actually, and also to improve 'the understanding and concerns about Literature and Korean.'
