고교생의 도덕성판단 수준과 개인 가치관의 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 도덕성 발달의 인지론적인 관점에서 우리나라 고등학생의 도덕성 판단 수준과 개인 가치관에 지역별, 성별, 학년별로 유의한 차이가 있는가를 알아보고 도덕성 판단 수준과 개인 가치관의 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 서울 시내 남, 녀 고등학교 각각 1개교와 경기도에 있는 남·녀 공학학교 1개교에서 학년별로 1학년과 2학년에서 각 50명씩 표집하였으며 대상자에게 도덕성 검사지(DIT : Definining Issues Test)와 개인 가치관 검사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 피험자의 도덕성 판단 수준을 알아보기 위해 DIT 해석방법에 따라 총괄적인 도덕 판단 수준을 나타내는 P ( % ) 점수의 평균과 표준편차, t검증을 하였고, 지역별, 성별, 학년별 상호관련이 있나를 알아보기 위하여 변량분석을 하였다. 개인 가치관 검사는 지역별, 성별, 학년별로 평균과 표준편차, t검증을 하고 도덕성 판단 수준과 개인 가치관과의 상관을 알아보기 위하여 상관계수를 내었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 도덕성 판단 수준에 지역별, 성별, 학년별로 의의있는 차이가 없었다. 2. 개인 가치관에는 성에 따른 의의있는 차이는 없었으나 지역에 따른 결과는 실용성과 다양성, 목적지향성에서 의의있는 차이가 나왔다. 지방집단의 실용성과 다양성의 평균치가 높게 나왔고 서울 집단에서는 목적지향성의 평균치가 높게 나왔다. 학년에 따른 결과에서는 결단성의 평균치가 2학년 집단에서 높게 나왔다. 3. 도덕성 판단 수준과 개인 가치관의 상관관계에서는 지방집단과 여자집단, 1학년과 2학년 집단에서 결단성과 다양성, 목적지향성에서 의의있는 상관이 나왔다.;The main purpose of the study is to find whether the level of moral judgement and the personal value of the Korean high school students have, in the cognitive process of moral development, any significant difference in terms of their regions, sexes, and grades. For the study the Defining Issues Test (DIT) was given to the subject group of 400, which is as follows; a boys, and a girls' highschools (two sexes) : two schools from each of Seoul Gyunggido (two regions) ; fifty students from each of the first and the second grades of the four schools (two grades). In the process of interpreting the materials, the level of moral judgement of the subject was interpreted with the DIT method, which includes Mean, SD, t-test of 'P(%)' scores that indicate the comprehensive level of moral judgement; and the correlations in the terms of region, sex, and grades were used Mean, SD and t-test: and for the correlation between the Level of moral judgement and the personal value. The results are as follows: 1. No significant difference in terms of region, sex and grade exists in the level of moral judgement. 2. As for the personal value, while no sexual difference exists, there is a significant regional difference in practical mindedness, variety, and goal orientation: Gyunggido, the local group, has a higher mean of practical mindedness and variety than Seoul; Seoul has a higher mean of goal orientation than Gyunggido. The difference in terms of grade shows that the second grade has a higher mean of Desisiveness. 3. As for the correlation between the level of moral judgement and the personal value, the local group, the girls' group, and both the first and the second grades have a significant correlation in Decisiveness, variety, and goal orientation.
