중학 과학과 천문분야의 CAI프로그램 개발

Abstract

본 논문에서는 중학교 과학 교과 내용의 천문 분야에서 지구와 달과 태양의 크기에 대한 개념을 쉽게 이해하기 위하여 APPLS Ⅱ PLUS Micro Computer 기종으로 BASIC 언어를 사용하여 프로그램을 개발하였다. 현재 중학교 과학 교과서에 수록된 수준과 성격을 보면 형식적, 추상적 개념이 대부분이어서 과밀 학급 환경에 의해 지적 사고 능력에 따른 개인차가 무시되고, 구체적 경험을 하기 어려우므로 많은 것을 이해하지 못하고 흥미마저 잃어버린 학생들이 대다수이다. 더구나 천문분야는 교과서나 칠판만으로는 이해하기 어렵고 실험적으로 다룰 수 없으므로 이 문제가 더욱 심각해지는데 만일 이 프로그램을 이용하면 개별화 학습과 반복 학습을 하여 다소 개인차를 줄일 수 있고, 특히 구체적인 화상 (frame)을 표현한 시뮬레이션을 통해 능동적으로 컴퓨터를 다루어 탐구의 기회를 부여함으로써 개념을 쉽게 이해하고 적용할 수 있다.;In Science education it is to research more effective on the model of teaching course and the teaching-learning program. As a chapter for the development of the problem, "(1) Size of Earth, Moon and Sun" in "Chapter Ⅲ. Earth and space" of Middle school science Textbook Ⅲ. The computer education should be inspected at present. It is prepared to putting in practice in the elementary, middle, high school at future. Following results are contributed to the settling for the base of research in future. Preparing for the new CAI program. 1. It becomes a guide to teaching toward teaching-learning process to teacher. 2. Students get the learning-assisted instruction. 3. It becomes in support that develop a model of teaching course according to the individual differences of learning ability.
