效率的인 讀書指導 方案硏究

Abstract

This study is presented a plan of efficent reading guidance of elementary and middle school students through investigating and analyzing the reading tendency based on the actual condition. This research puts an emphasis on reading guidance of four areas in the department of the Korean language: speaking, listening, writing and reading. And as reading in the department of the Korean language becomes basic competence of reading in all studies, reading guidance in this part is very important. Therefore , it is difficult to reach the goal in this department through unintentional and unsystematical reading guidance. And also it was surveyed and researched on the reading tendency of students, also it was showed the direction to guide them in right way in reading books. As a theoretical background, it was presented aims reading in the department of the korean language, necessity of reading, the ways of reading guidance, reading environment and estimations of reading guidance. And a total of 980 girl and boy students answered the questions who were selected two mixed public schools locating in Seoul. From the above four suggestins, reading guidance should be done both at school and home, especially the reading environment should be established. And the chance of reading experience should be enlarged during the vacation by opening readingrooms. Also, the uses of public libraries should be enlarged and the facifities of school libraries should expanded.;본 논문은 國語敎育의 방향 모색을 위하여 남녀 국민학교 6학년생과 중학생들의 讀書傾向에 관한 실태를 조사, 분석하여 이 결과를 바탕으로 效率的인 讀書指導 方案을 제시했다. 따라서, 본 연구는 國語科의 말하기, 듣기, 쓰기. 읽기의 4가지 영역 중 읽기 지도를 중심으로 한 것이다. 國語科에서의 읽기는 모든 학문의 基礎가 되므로 國語科에서의 읽기 指導는 매우 중요하다. 그러나 우발적인 讀書指導로서의 國語科의 讀書指導目標를 달성하기가 어렵다. 그러므로, 본 연구는 학생들의 여러 가지 讀書傾向을 통하여 國語 읽기 敎育의 올바른 방향을 제시하는 데 그 目的을 두고 있다. 본 硏究의 理論的 背景으로는 國語科 읽기의 目標가 讀書指導의 意義와 目的, 讀書指導의 方法과 形態, 讀書環境, 讀書指導의 評價 등을 제시하였고 설문지를 통한 調査硏究에서의 표집 대상은 서울특별시소장 남녀 공학 국민학교(6학년)와 중학교 각각 2개교를 선정하여 학년 별로 남녀 한 학급씩 총 980명을 대상으로 하였다. 讀書에 대한 일반적인 傾向을 조사한 結果는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 讀書環境 면에서 볼 때 학생들의 독서 장소는 주로 家庭이며, 독서에 대한 父母의 關心度는 매우 높게 나타나 가정에서의 독서분위기 造成이 잘 되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 讀書興味 면에서 볼 때 冊을 읽게 된 동기가 敎師나 父母의 적절한 지도에서가 아니고 우연히 읽게 된 경우가 많아 學校와 家庭에서의 積極的이고 體系的인 指導가 요망된다. 셋째, 讀書經驗 면에서 볼 때 하루 平均 請讀時間은 I시간 이내로 T.V 시청 시간보다 짧으며 좋아하는 冊의 積類에서는 만화책을 아직도 즐겨보고 있어 양서 선택 指導가 요망된다. 넷째, 讀書生活 면에서 보면 고학년으로 올라갈수록 讀書量이 줄어들어 中學生의 독서력 伸張이 요구되며 讀書가 學習에 미치는 結果에 대해서도 도움이 된다고 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 그러나, 公共圖書館의 利用率이 낮고, 讀書障碍 요인으로는 학교 공부 때문에가 1위로 나타났으며 讀後感 쓰기를 기피하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 學校에서 讀書指導를 받은 經驗이 적어서 보다 적극적이고도 실질적인 讀書指導가 요망된다. 이상의 結論으로 讀書指導는 보다 면밀히 계획되고 실시되어야 한다고 판단된다. 따라서, 讀書指導는 家庭과 學校에서 병행되어야 하며 판단된다. 讀書力 伸張을 위해 보다 좋은 讀書環境이 조성되어야 하겠다. 또한 放學中에 讀書敎室을 개설하여 다앙한 독서 경험의 기회를 넓혀 주어야 하겠다. 그리고, 독서 습관 형성을 위하여 學校에서의 讀書時間을 최소한 주 1시간씩 두어 실시해야 하며, 公共圖書館의 이용을 권장하고 學校圖書館 施設을 개방하여 적극적으로 이용되도록 해야 하겠다. 결국, 讀書를 함으로써 敎育의 궁극적인 목표인 人格形成에 도움을 주어야 하며. 폭넓은 入格陶冶를 할 수 있도록 해야 한다.
