강수 강도 일변화에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 강수 강도의 일변화 특성을 알아보고자 하는 것에 있으며, 관측 지점의 위치 즉 내륙 지방이냐 연안 지방이냐에 따라서는 이러한 변화가 어떻게 다른지도 알아보고자 하였다. 그리고 강수 강도에 따른 연 강수빈도와 우기 강수빈도의 주, 야간 경향도 알아보았다. 조사 대상지역으로는 우리나라 중부와 남부지방의 내륙, 연안에 각각 위치한 서울, 강릉, 군산 그리고 대구로 하였고, 위 지역들에 대한 5년간(1983~1987)의 강수 자료를 중앙기상대로부터 입수하여 분석하였다. moderate rain은 1.0~5.8㎜/3h로, light rain은 1.0㎜/3h 미만으로 그리고 heavy rain은 5.8㎜/3h이상으로 정의한 후 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, light rain은 조사 지역에 상관없이 공통적으로 12월, 1월, 2월에 나타났고, moderate rain은 따뜻한 계절에 주로 나타났으며, heavy rain은 주로 우기 (rainy season)동안에 집중적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내륙 지방에서의 강수는 주로 오전에 나타났고, 연안 지방에서는 주로 오후에 나타났다. 세째, 주, 야간별 강수 빈도의 분석 결과, light rain은 우기 동안에는 주간과 야간 어디에서도 나타나지 않았고, moderate rain은 연중 내리는 경우가 우기 동안에 내리는 경우보다 주간과 야간에서 모두 다 많았다. 그러나 heavy rain의 경우는 반대로 우기 동안에 내리는 경우가 더 많았다.;The objectives of this study are to understand the characteristics of daily variation of rainfall intensity in Korea, and to examine how these variations are varied by location that is, inland or coastal area. The diurnal and nocturnal rainfall trends were also investigated in terms of frequency of their intensity over all year long or during the rainy season. The regions to be tested were Seoul, Kangreung, Gunsan and Daegu which represent inland or coastal area of central and southern parts of Korea respectively. The rainfall data of these regions over 5 years (1983-1987) were provided from C.M.O. ( Central Meteorological Observatory) and were analyzed in terms of their intensity. Defining the rain of 1.0-5.8mm/3h as moderate rain that of below 1.0mm/3h as light rain and that of above 5.8mm/3h as heavy rain, the following results were obtained. First, regardless of the locations of their sites, light rain occurred mainly in December, January and February, moderate rain did in warm season and heavy rain concentrated during the rainy season. Second, in the inland areas the rain generally occurs during morning, and coastal areas it occurs mainly during afternoon. Third, as a result of the investigation of the rainfall trends, it was known, that light rain did not occur during the period of rainy season, and that the possibility of moderate was higher during the year long than during the rainy season at day and night and oppositely was higher that of heavy rain during the rainy season than during the year long.
