유아교육에 관한 학위논문의 동향분석 (1982∼1985)

Abstract

본 연구에서는 시기구분의 편의상 유아교육확장을 위한 국가정책으로써 유아교육진흥법이 제정된 1982년을 기준으로 하여 1985년 사이에 발표된 학위논문의 실태와 경향을 분석함으로써, 유아교육 연구동향을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서의 구체적인 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 1. 학위논문의 연구실태와 내용에 따른 경향을 분석 기술한다. 2. 연구가 중점적으로 이루어진 분야와 미비하고 개발되어야 할 분야를 파악한다. 3. 각 학위논문을 연구목적, 방법, 결과로 정리 수록한다. 연구대상은 유아교육학과 혹은 유아교육 관련학과가 있는 5개 대학의 대학원 및 교육대학원을 중심으로 수집한 박사학위논문 2편, 석사학위논문 241편 총 243편의 학위논문을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 학위논문의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 유아교육확장을 위한 정부시책에 힘입어 유아교육에 관한 학위논문은 계속 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 연구대상 아동의 연령이 유치원아동을 중심으로 하향화·확장되어, 영·유아와 국민학교 저학년 아동이 유아교육연구의 대상이 되고 있다. 3. 연구방법에 있어서, 대부분의 연구가 질문지와 면접을 통한 조사연구에 편중되었고, 문헌연구는 극히 부족하였으며, 실험연구는 점차 증가되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 연구내용의 분류결과, 유아발달과 교육과정의 교수영역에서 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌으며, 유아발달에서는 인지발달이 교육과정의 교수영역중에서는 언어 및 음률부분에 편중된 경향을 보였다. 5. 교육사상, 교육과정의 교수영역중 사회 및 수부분, 유치원·국민학교와의 연계성, 교사교육, 평가 아동복지, 유치원 경영 및 재정부분 등에 관한 연구는 3편 이하로 나타남으로써 연구활동이 미비한 분야로 파악되었다. 6. 부모교육 및 자녀양육에 있어서는, 많은 연구가 자녀양육 부분에 편중되어 유아교육기관의 현장을 기초로 한 부모교육·부모참여의 효율성에 관한 주체적인 연구는 부족하였다. 7. 교육과정의 교수영역 및 교육과정구성과 운영부분에 있어서는, 많은 연구가 유치원현장을 중심으로 한 현장조사연구로 나타난 것으로 보아 다양한 프로그램개발 및 교육현장에서 활용될 수 있는 교육내용과 학습방법에 관한 연구는 부족한 것으로 나타났다.;The purpose of this study is to analyze the degrees' these 243 degrees' theses between 1982 to 1985 were analyzed for the study subjects. The concrete contents in this study are as follows : 1. What is the general tendency of the degrees' theses from 1982 to 1985? 2. Aren't there specified fields emphasized or to be emphasized? 3. To record the abstract of each degree thesis. The result of analyzing the degrees' theses were as follows. 1. The degree theses went on increasing from 1982 to 1985 gradually. 2. The subject age of the theses was enlarged, centering the kindergarten children. And so the baby, elementary children were to become for the subjects of the theses. 3. In method of theses, most of them were survey research, experiment research appeared to increase gradually. And there were few literature research. 4. As for the contents, child development, early childhood curriculum were emphasized very much. And cognitive development of child development, language and music movement part of early childhood curriculum were attached too much importance. 5. There were few of theses on the philosophy of child education, social studies, mathematics of early childhood curriculum, kindergarten-elementary school connection, teacher inservice education, evaluation, day care, kindergarten management and finances. 6. In parent education and child rearing, most of them belonged to the child rearing part. There were lack of parent education and parent participation, keeping tight relationship with the field of kindergarten. 7. Compared with the trend(1979-1982), there were emphasis on the child development, the present condition and the problem of early childhood education. play and circumstance constructions, early childhood curriculum during 1979-1982. But during 1982-1985, there were emphasis on the child development, early childhood curriculum, early childhood curriculum planning and administrating. So in the middle of 1980, there were very much emphasis on the early childhood curriculum and early childhood curriculum planning and administrating. But most of them are the survey of the kindergarten field situation. And so there were very few on the development of various early childhood education programs, educational materials, instructional method to be practiced.
