集團指導가 女高生의 生活指導에 미치는 效果

Abstract

A group-counseling is the activity that can help students to better their problem-solving ability and mature themself, be emphasized as a core-activity of counseling and is useful in guidance. This rearch rests on precedent studies about group-counseling and arbtrary re-established model of group-counseling. (1. programs in educational living-house, 2. programs of human relationship.) Any by these, we may estimate the effect of group-counseling in the area of guidance. For these purpose we can established the following research problems. Followings are ; 1. Can the reformed programs make a positive effect in the entire guidance area? 2. Does the human-relationship program as a part of school guidance have the effect on guidance? 3. Can we find the significant difference between the short-term program and the long-term continuous program on the group-counseling programs? To get the answer of these program, we select the sample Ewha girls' high school and operate our program by classified group ; Experimental group and controlled group. Finally, we verificate such those to have the idea in the effect of our experimentation. We could derive the following conclusions from above procedure ; 1. Our reformed group-counseling model can have an available effect on the area of guidance to high school girls. 2. Also in group-counseling, the continuous long-term program in human-relationship is more effective than the short-term program that is the same as education in educational living-house.;集團指導는 學生들에게 그들 자신의 問題에 대한 解決力을 키워주고 自己의 成熟을 도와 行動의 변화를 가져오게 하는 일종의 相談活動이며, 生活指導에 있어서도 매우 유익하며 中心되는 活勳으로 강조되고 있다. 本 硏究는 集團指導나 集團相談에 대한 先行硏究들을 기초하여 임의로 再編成한 집단지도 모형 ( I : 生活館敎育 프로그램, Ⅱ: 人間關係 프로그램)을 가지고 실시한 집단지도가 生活指導의 領域에 미치는效果를 알아보고자 하는 것이며 이를 위해 設定한 硏究問題는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 編成된 프로그램을 가지고 生活館敎育을 실시했을 경우 전반적인 生活指導 영역에 긍정적인 효과를 나타낼 것이다. 둘째, 學校生活中에 相談活動의 일환으로 人間關係 프로그램을 통한 집단지도를 실시했을 경우 生活指導에 전체적민 효과를 가져올 것이다. 셋째, 生活館敎育을 통한 단기적이고 집중적인 집단지도와 人間關係 프로그램이란 일반적인 집단지도를 실시하고 그 結果를 비교할 때 生活指導에 미치는 효과에 有意한 差가 있을 것이다. 위 문제들에 대한 답을 얻기 위해 本 硏究에서는 서울市內 E여고 학생들을 對象으로 生活館敎育 集團 56名, 入間關係 프로그램 集團 20名, 統制集團 56名을 選定하여 계획된 집단지도를 實行하였고 프로그램 실시 後 생활지도 진단검사를 실시했으며, 統制集團은 생활지도진단검사만 실시하였다. 그리고 集團指導가 生活指導에 미치는 효과를 보기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단間의 검사점수를 평균, 표준편차로 비교하였으며, 실험의 효과에 대한 有意度를 檢證하였다. 이상과 같은 節次를 통해 나타난 結果를 분석하여 아래의 結論을 抽出하였다. 1. 本 硏究에 의한 集團指導의 實施는 실험집단과 통계집단의 생활지도 영역에 有意한 差가 있으므로 집단지도 모형은 여고생들의 생활지도에 긍정적 효과를 나타낸다. 2 .집단지도의 실시에서도 生活館敎育과 같은 단기적 프로그램보다는 지속적으로 실시된 人間關係 프로그램의 모형이 生活指導 영역에 좀더 많은 변화를 가져온다.
