어린이의 「學生」役割 및 「性」 役割에 對한 女敎師와 어머니의 期待의 差

Abstract

本 硏究는 全州地域의 유아교육기관과 국민학교 저학년을 담당하고 있는 여교사와 어머니들이 期待하는 兒童에 대한 바람직한 學生役割의 特性과 바람직한 性役割의 特性에 관한 관계를 알아 보려는데 이 硏究의 目的이 있다. 硏究의 對象은 유치원 교사 88명, 국민학교 2학년 여교사 88명, 유치원생 어머니 88명, 국민학교 2학년생 어머니 88명에게 「學生役割 測定尺度」「性役割 測定尺度」를 실시하여 이를 變量分析, t 검증 등을 사용하여 분석하였다. 硏究結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 네 집단이 아동에게 기대하는 바람직한 學生役割의 特性에 따른 集團間의 差를 보면 規範性, 服從性, 探究性은 그 差가 意義있게 나타나고 獨立性은 差가 없었다. 2. 네 집단이 아동에게 기대하는 바람직한 性役割의 特性에 따른 集團間의 差를 보면 獨立性, 服從性, 探究性은 그 差가 意義있게 나타나고 規範性은 差가 없었다. 3. 規範性, 獨立性, 服從性, 探究性을 學生으로서의 바람직한 特性과 男性性으로서의 바람직한 特性으로 기대하는 정도를 네 集團別로 比較해 보면, 가. 規範性은 네 집단 모두가 意義있는 差를 보여 규범성을 學生役割과 男性性의 役割로 기대하는 정도에는 葛藤을 보인다. 나. 獨立性은 유치원 교사, 국민학교 2학년 여교사, 국민학교 2학년생 어머니가 意義있는 差를 보여 독립성을 學生役割과 男性性의 役割로 기대하는 정도에는 葛藤을 보이나, 유치원생 어머니는 統計的으로 意義있는 차를 보이지 않았다. 다. 服從性은 네 집단 모두가 意義있는 差를 보여 복종성을 學生役割과 男性性의 役割로 기대하는 정도에는 葛藤을 보인다. 라. 探究性은 국민학교 2학년생 어머니만 意義있는 差를 보여 탐구성을 學生役割과 男性性의 役割로 기대하는 정도에는 葛藤을 보이나, 유치원 교사, 국민학교 2학년 여교사, 유치원생 어머니는 統計的으로 意義있는 差를 보이지 않았다.;The purpose of this study was investigated the relationship of between the desirable traits of pupil-role and those of sex-role perceived by mothers, teachers in Jeon Ju area. The subject of this survey were Kindergarten, Grade 2 teachers and also by their responsive mothers. Eighty-eight teachers in each of Kindergarten, Grade 2 were served as teacher group. Eighty-eight mothers in Kindergarten, Grade 2each of were also be Subject. The trait-checklists which were specially constructed based on Horance(l979) Traited checklist work administrated to the subject asking them five rated first according to desirability of the traited as pupil and ten days later, the same checklists were circulate to rated according to desirability the trait as masculine. The suitable statistical technique was applied the data dectate. The result were a s follows ; 1. Significant discrepencies were observed among four groups in the responses to Pupil and Sex role desirabilities in Conformity, Obedience, Exploration expect Independency. 2. Significant discrepencies were observed among four groups in the responses to Pupil of Sex-role has come out in Independency, Obedience, Exploration expect Conformity. 3. There were significant differences revealed by four groups in Conformity. Conformity was expected more Pupil-role than for Sex-role. 4. There were significant difference revealed by four groups in Obedience. Obedience was expected more Pupil-role than for Sex-role. Other minor results were discussed in the main content.
