그림좌절검사를 통한 정상인과 비정상인의 비교 연구

Abstract

本 硏究는 그림좌절검사를 통하여 正常人과 非正常人의 心理的 特性을 比較 分析하여 非正常人의 性格 특성과 적응기제를 理解하며 학교에서나 臨床面에서 이들의 심리를 진단하고 相談하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 本 硏究의 대상으로 正常人은 本 檢査에 제시된 피험자의 反應을 그대로 活用하였고 非正常人은 서울 고려병원 환자 83명이었다. 反應分析은 김재은 김태련의 『그림좌절검사』채점 기준표를 기준으로 하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 공격의 방향(Direction of Aggression) 별 비정상집단이 정상집단에 비해 외벌적(E) 방향의 반응이 많은데 이 반응을 높게해 주는 요인은 E´와 e로서 장해감을 예민하게 느끼고, (E´) 타인이 문제를 해결해 줄것을 의지하고 기대하는 경향이 높다. (e) 반면에 내벌적(I) 방향은 낮고, 무벌적(M) 방향의 반응은 두집단간에 차가 없다. 2. 반응의 형(Reaction type) 별 정상집단에 비해 비정상집단은 문제를 해결하려는 의욕인 N-P점수가 높은데 이것을 분석하면 문제를 해결하되 타인에 의해서(e) 또는 인내와 합의로서 시간이 해결해 줄것을(m) 기대하는 반응이 높다. 또 O - D점수가 약간 높아 장해감(E´)을 예민하게 받아들임을 의미한다. 반면에 E-D점수는 낮는데 자기를 적극적으로 보호 방어하는 경향은 낮다. 3. 초자아 인자(Super-ego factor) 별 정상집단에 비해 E, I, E+I, M+I 점수가 모두 낮다. 이는 외부의 비난에 대해서 적극적인 부인도 못하고 자기 변명도 못하여 즉 자기와 타인을 다 보호 못하는 사회적 발달의 미성숙함을 보여 주었다.;Through the comparative study of psychological characteristics in general population and psychiatric patient group, this study was aimed at finding out various factors affecting their social adjustments, understanding their character make-up, adaptation mechanisms, and finally to contribute in diagnosing and counseling of the problem cases at school and clinic as well. The response of the normal person presented at Kim, Jae Eun & Kim, Tai Ryun's study was used for the normal cases of this study. For the abnormal cases, eighty three of psychiatric cases at Korea General Hospital were studied by Picture Frustration Test of Kim & Kim's (originally developed by S. Rosenzweig), and the results were evaluated by scoring system of Kim & Kim's P.F.T. The results were as follows; 1. Direction of Aggression Response of extrapunitiveness (E) was found to be higher in psychiatric patient, which is due to their keen perspectiveness of difficulties (E'), and to higher depending need (e). In tropunitive (I) was lower in psychiatric patient, while no difference was found in impunitiveness between two groups. 2. Reaction type Willingness to problem solving, expressed in N-P score, was higher in psychiatric cases, however, only by the way of other's help (e) or elapsing the time with patience and agreement (m). Again, their keen perceptiveness of sense of difficulty (E') was expressed in higher O-D scale, while lower E-D score indicated their defending self through active means. 3. Factors on Superego Scores of E, I, E+I, M+I were lower, meaning that they could neither deny nor rationalize themselves toward other's criticism, thus leading to social immaturity since they can't defend self and others.
