효과적인 Cyber 교육 시스템 구축을 위한 Web Log 분석 활용 방안 연구

Abstract

Web Site를 구축한 후 Web 마스터나 관리자들이 가장 관심을 갖는 사항이 바로 Web Site에 얼마나 많은 사람들이 방문했는지, 어느 서비스에 주로 관심을 갖는지, 어느 배너 광고에 주로 반응을 보이는지 대한 것들이다. 이런 항목에 대한 체계적 분석을 가능하게 해주는 기본 데이터가 로그 데이터이며, 이 부분에 대한 분석활용이 요즘 각광을 받고 있는 Web Log 분석 시스템 분야이다. Web Log 분석 시스템의 경우 다양한 형태의 Mining Tool이 개발되어 있으며, 현재 여러 Web Site(특히 금융분야...)에서 최근 도입을 하였거나 도입을 고려하고 있다. 이러한 Web Log 분석 시스템은 Shopping Mall이나 증권 Site등 상업성이 강한 Web Site뿐만 아니라, 효과적인 Cyber 교육 시스템구축에도 적절하게 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 유아를 대상으로 한 Cyber 교육 Site를 간단하게 Modeling 한 후 실제 Web Log 분석을 적용하여 해당 Site를 개선시킬 수 있는 방안을 그 예로 제시한다. 또한, 학습자의 학습동기 유발을 위해 웹 로그 분석 자료를 바탕으로 학습자의 학습성향을 자동으로 통계 처리하여, 일정기간 학습 후 접속시 학습자의 선호 학습강좌 위주의 자동 화면구성, 비선호 학습에 대한 학습 촉구 유도를 할 수 있도록 구현하고자 한다. ; After constructing Web Site, usually Web masters or Web administrators want to know that how much people visit this site? what kind of service is the most favorite? which banner is the most effective? Using web log data, we can analyze these things sysmetically. Analzing and utilizing of web log data are very popular these days and these are called "Web Log Analysis System". Serveral kinds of mining tools are already developed and many web sites - especially financial web site, for example web site of bank, securities, insurance... - already have adopted or considered these systems. Web log analysis system is generally useful to commercial web sites like shopping mall or securities, but also effective to construct online cyber educational web site. In this research, first I modelized simple cyber educational web site for children and then, introduced the way that how to improve this web site using web log analysis data. For increasing of learner s motive, this web site automatically gaters statistics of learner s disposition about web surfing with web log analysis data. With this analysis data if he or she revisits this web site, each can find the personalized web pages with preference items, and can be stimulated by disliking items for balance of study.
