가정에서의 인터넷 불건전 정보 차단 프로그램의 사용 현황 분석

Abstract

인터넷과 on-line 서비스 시스템으로 제공되는 광범위한 정보는 청소년에게 유용한 정보뿐만 아니라, 유해한 정보까지 그대로 제공되고 있어, 인터넷의 교육적인 가치를 인정하기에 앞서 부모나 교사는 청소년들이 인터넷을 사용하는 것을 부정적으로 받아들이는 경향이 높다. 또한, 아무런 제약 없이 유해한 정보가 인터넷의 바다를 부유하면서 사회적 정서에 나쁜 영향을 미치고 있어, 인터넷을 통한 불건전 정보의 유통은 사회적으로도 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 우선, 인터넷으로부터 광범위하게 제공되는 정보 중에서 불건전한 정보를 선별하여 청소년으로부터 차단하기 위한 기존의 방안들을 조사하였다. 그리고, 특히, 가정에서 부모를 중심으로 이루어지는 차단 프로그램을 조사하고, 가정이라는 특수한 환경에서 요구되는 기능을 중심으로, 각 프로그램들이 가정에서 요구되는 기능을 제공하고 있는지에 대한 기능성을 평가하였다. 마지막으로, 각 가정에서 부모가 자녀들이 인터넷을 사용하는 것을 효과적으로 관리하는 것을 도와줄 인터넷 사이트 점검 모듈을 설계, 제시하였다, 본 연구를 통하여, 자녀를 인터넷의 불건전 정보로부터 보호하기 위하여, ‘가정’이라는 특수한 환경에서 요구되어지는 불건전 정보 차단 프로그램의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록, 향후 프로그램의 개발 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. ; There are a lot of harmful information as well as useful information in Internet and other on-line service systems. So, many parents and teachers have negative tendency for their children and/or young students to access information through Internet. The circulation of inappropriate information with no restriction in Internet, becomes social problem. In this paper, We analyze the methods of blocking the access to inappropriate information through Internet. We focus our attention to analyze the blocking programs which can be used at home, and compare the functions of the programs, which are needed under the special conditions of home. And, I designed Internet site searching modules which help parents to control effectively their children s use of Internet. The goal of this paper is to propose directions of development, which might help to develop and upgrade blocking programs which can be used effectively at home.
