중학생 성적 노출 실태 및 성교육 방향 연구 : 경인지역 중학교를 중심으로

Abstract

우리 나라는 유교문화의 영향으로 성을 통제·금기의 대상으로 생각하였으며, 이로 인하여 가정에서의 자연스러운 성교육은 제대로 이루어지지 않았다. 그러나 1945년 이후 서구문화의 유입을 시작으로 하여 남녀에 대한 사회전통 문화적 가치관은 크게 변화되기 시작하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 한국의 가정에서는 아직도 성 문제에 대해서 자유롭게 이야기하지 못하고 있다. 그러나 사회는 성 문제에 대해서 너무도 개방적이다. 이에 따라 청소년들은 사회의 개방적인 성문화 풍조를 자연스럽게 따라가고 있으며, 청소년 성범죄와 미혼모 및 사생아의 증가 등의 사회적 문제가 날로 심각해지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 점차 연령층이 낮아지고, 심각해지고 있는 청소년 성 문제에 대한 실태를 조사하고, 바람직한 성교육의 방향을 모색해보고자 한다. 청소년의 성 문제는 시급히 해결하여야 할 중요한 과제이다. 그러나 아직도 구체적이고 체계적인 성교육은 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 학교에서는 성교육을 실시하고 있지만, 성교육의 내용이 다양하지 못하고, 임신·출산과 같은 생물학적인 부분에만 치우쳐 있어서 학생들의 다양한 요구를 충족시켜주지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 학생들은 성교육에 대해서 별다른 관심을 보이지 않고, 성교육의 실질적인 교육적 효과 또한 확인하기 어려운 실정이다. 학생들은 좀더 전문적인 내용의 성교육을 원하며, 개별적인 성교육을 원한다. 그러나 성별, 학년, 주거환경, 결손가정의 유무, 부모의 학력, 부모님들의 부부싸움 정도, 자기 인식 유형, 친구 유형 등에 따라서 성적 노출 정도와 성 가치관, 배우고싶은 성교육의 내용 등이 확연히 다름에도 불구하고 지금까지의 가정·학교·사회의 성교육은 획일적이고 일반적인 내용을 다루고 있어서 많은 학생들이 기존의 성교육에 불만족해하고 있다. 성교육은 가정, 학교, 사회에서 관심을 가지고 연계하여 지도할 때 가장 효과적일 수 있다. 이에 따라 성교육의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 방안을 가정·학교·사회적 차원에서 새롭게 제시해보고자 한다.; This study gives you the data for the right sex education and study how to cope with the sex exposer of the juvenile which is getting worse and lower age group. The radical changes in every aspect -physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially, morally- are experienced in the adolescent period. So, if the proper circumstances and education aren t formed normally, juvenile will be retarded and do social deviations. In the open modern society, juvenile are exposed to the distorted sex which is focused upon epicureanism, hedonism, and sexual organs by mass media. Especially the negative and decadent sex knowledge by computer is stimulating the distorted sex concept and sex urge to the juvenile who has much curious about it, before the right concept or values of sex isn t formed. Sex is the basic resource of love and life, it involves all kinds of people as a sexual beings and it functions as the human character which is operated systematically in the all figures of the human beings behavior. Sex education must be based on the scientific knowledge and reasonable attitude about sex, it is aimed to be more likely human beings with the cooperation of all, for responsible sex acts. However, most of Korea middle school students have raised not to get a proper sex education at home from the childhood because of the traditional Confucian influence. So, the negative consciousness of sex is formed and they have considered that the incorrect sex knowledge through the computer and the friends is correct. An acquaintance of the opposite sex, sexual behavior and the experience of the obscene things are common things without distinction of sex and the age group which is influenced by incorrect sex knowledge is getting lower and lower, the permitted limit of sex behavior is getting larger and larger. In addition to, after they have sex with someone or watch some obscene things they feel nothing rather than the feeling of shocked, shame or guilt. The sex culture of the juvenile is more opened than the grown-ups think. About the present condition of sex education which is done at home and school, students think differently with us. They think that they haven t had sex education or it doesn t help them. Nothing is as good as attention of all for sex education. For the correct sex culture of the juvenile, all of us pay attention to the sex education at home, school and society.
