공립유치원 초임 교사의 사무관리 교육에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 공립유치원 초임교사의 사무관리 교육을 위하여 초임교사의 요구에 의한 지침서를 개발하고 지침서에 의해 초임교사를 교육하여 초임교사 교육의 효과를 알아보기 위함이다. 이에 따른 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 1. 사무관리 교육의 자료 개발을 위한 초임교사의 요구는 어떠한가? 1. 사무관리 교육의 자료 개발을 위한 과정은 어떠한가? 2. 사무관리 교육의 적용 사례는 어떠한가? 본 연구의 대상은 서울시 영등포구에 위치한 Y유치원에 근무하는 연구자와 Y유치원의 교사1명, 서울시에 위치한 공립 유치원 초임교사 10명이다. 공립유치원 사무관리 교육을 위한 지침서 개발을 위하여 Y유치원 교사와는 인터뷰를 공립유치원 초임교사들에게는 사무관리 교육 요구 조사를 하였다. 그 결과 기안문, 물품 매입 품의 및 요구서, 근무 상황부의 자료재발이 요구되어 연구자가 자료개발을 하였다. 개발한 자료를 이용하여 공립유치원 초임교사들에게 사무관리 교육을 실시하였다. 공립유치원 초임교사를 위한 사무관리 교육 요구조사의 질문지는 정은희(200)의 연구에서 사용하였으며 조운주(2001)의 연구에서 수정하여 사용한 질문지를 서울특별시 교육연수원의 유치원 신규임용예정교사 직무연수교재(2002)를 근거로 연구자가 수정하여 사용하였다. 지침서의 개발은 공립유치원 초임교사들의 사무관리 교육 요구조사의 결과를 분석하여 박은혜(2001)의 연구를 기초로 연구자가 개발하였다. 사무관리 교육 실시에 대한 평가 질문지는 Eltiste(1989)와 Baker(1991)에 의해 개발되었으며 조운주(2001)의 연구에서 수정하여 사용한 질문지를 연구자가 수정하여 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공립 유치원 초임교사들을 위한 사무관리 교육의 자료개발을 위한 초임교사의 요구조사에서 기안문, 물품 매입 품의 및 요구서, 근무 상황부의 자료개발이 요구되었다. 둘째, 사무관리 교육의 요구조사를 토대로 기안문, 물품 매입 품의 및 요구서, 근무 상황부의 지침서가 개발되었다. 셋째, 개발된 지침서를 이용한 사무관리 교육 실시 결과 초임교사들의 사무관리 능력이 향상되었다.; This study aims to develop a guide for office management education by demand of beginning teachers of public kindergartens and to examine its effect by educating them on the basis of the guide. Based on this objective, research problems of this study are as follows; 1. What is beginning teacher demand for development of forms and materials in behalf of office management education? 2. How is process for development of forms and materials in behalf of office management education? 3. How is application of office management education? Subjects of this study include the researcher and 1 teacher in Y kindergarten, which is located in Youngdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and 10 beginning teachers of public kindergartens in Seoul. Interview with the teacher of Y kindergarten and survey on the beginning teachers demand for office management education were performed to develop a guide for it in public kindergartens. As the result, the researcher developed forms and materials by their demand for development of forms and materials including draft, request for purchase and approval of articles, and service record. As questionnaire for the survey on the beginning teachers demand for office management education, the questionnaire in the study by Cho Woon-ju (2001) was used after modification on the basis of the Job Training Guide (2002) for teachers to be newly appointed to kindergartens, which was written by Seoul Education Training Institute. A guide was developed by the researcher on the basis of the study by Park Eun-hye (2001) after analysis of the result of the survey on the demand for office management education of the beginning teachers in the public kindergartens. The questionnaire for evaluation of execution of office management education was developed by Eltiste (1989) and Baker (1991), and the questionnaire in the study by Cho Woon-ju (2001) was used after modification by the researcher. Findings of this study are as follows; First, development of forms and materials including draft, request for purchase and approval of articles, and service record was requested in the survey on the demand for it of the beginning teachers of the public kindergartens in behalf of office management education. Second, a guide of draft, request for purchase and approval of articles, and service record was developed on the basis of the survey on the beginning teachers demand for office management education. Third, as a result of execution of office management education to the teachers in the kindergartens with the guide, the beginning teachers ability of office management was improved.
