감상학습 자료를 활용한 수업지도안 개발연구 : 중학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop an instructional plan for the music appreciation class in the junior high school. For the appropriate education of music appreciation in junior high school, it was proposed that the definition of music appreciation education, the importance of it, and the best way to educate students. In addition to that, ways of appreciation studies were surveyed through previous ones as well as levels of appreciation studies and musical reaction by scholar. A comparison was made between the 6th and the 7th music education course in junior high school based on the main direction of the revision of music education course and the guidance of appreciation studies. In the main subject, The plan to develop students effective participation was introduced, aiming at offering several experiences to students and actualizing contents of music education course. Materials for the plan are program music appreciation study, check list, theme chart, call chart, music map, and test chart. The way to use them are briefly shown in the main subject. Program music education is to develop the sensitivity to the music and sound, the critical thinking, and the ability to understand music. Checklist, which indicates the reaction or feeling to the music, can be used to know students musical reaction. Theme chart, including pictures or sheets of music, is very helpful for students to appreciate an important melody. Call chart, characterized by summarizing rhythm, melody, tone color and etc., is excellent at concentrating students attention on the music appreciation. Music map is helpful to understand overall atmosphere of a piece of music. Test chart as a level of assessment enables students to appreciate music with positive and active participation. This instructional plan for the appreciation class chose Britten s "The Young Person s guide to the orchestra" as a theme music. Five methodologies, theme chart, call chart, music map, and test chart, were applied to the theme music to aim at giving students unbiased experiences. Essentially, this instructional plan has an goal of encouraging listening sense and appreciation ability through concentrating expressive factors. Therefore, It is hoped that this study will give a valuable aid to students in real fields in widening understanding of music and developing musical talent. ; 본 연구는 중학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 감상학습에서의 자료를 활용한 수업지도안을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 중학교 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 바람직한 음악감상수업을 위하여 문헌자료를 통하여 음악감상 교육에 있어서 정의 및 중요성과 바람직한 음악감상 교육방법을 제시하였고 학자별로 감상학습의 단계적 유형과 음악적 반응의 형태를 나누어 살펴보았고 선행연구를 통하여 감상학습 방법을 조사하였다. 제6차와 7차 중학교 음악과 교육과정에서는 음악과 교육과정 개정의 중점방향과 감상학습 지도내용을 토대로 비교·분석하였다. 본론에서는 학생들에게 흥미유발과 음악의 다양한 체험을 제공하고 실제 교육현장에서 음악과 교육과정 내용의 실천을 구체화하기 위해서 감상학습에서의 자료활용 방안을 마련하였다. 자료들은 프로그램 음악감상학습, 체크리스트, 주제도표, 번호도표, 음악지도, 검사도표 등이며 활용방안을 간략하게 소개하였다. 프로그램 음악감상 학습은 학습할 내용을 체계적인 순서하에 연속적으로 프로그램화시켜서 학생들의 음악적 지각성, 소리에 대한 민감한 감각과 비판적 사고 및 이해능력 등을 최대한으로 계발시키기 위한 것이고 체크리스트는 음악적 느낌이나 반응을 표시하는 것으로 학생들의 음악적 반응이 쉽게 관찰될 수 있다. 주제도표는 감상곡의 주제를 그림이나 악보로 그려서 학생들이 중요한 선율들을 미리 알고 감상할 수 있는데 많은 도움을 주고 번호도표는 음악적인 특징(리듬, 선율, 셈여림, 음색, 짜임새 등)을 한눈에 알아볼 수 있도록 간략하게 만들어서 학생들의 주의가 분산되지 않고 집중하여 음악을 쫓아가며 이해하여 감상할 수 있는 것이 장점이다. 음악지도는 곡의 전체적인 분위기를 이해하는데 도움이 되고 마지막으로 감상후의 평가단계인 검사도표를 통해서 학생들의 적극적인 참여와 능동적인 감상으로 이끌 수 있다. 감상학습 지도안은 중학교 음악교과 과정에서 다루고 있는 브리튼의 ‘청소년을 위한 관현악 입문’을 제재곡으로 설정하였다. 지도안을 연구하는데 있어서 학생들이 균형있는 경험을 하도록 학습해야 할 음악경험들을 지도안에 의한 교수학습 자료중에서 주제도표, 번호도표, 음악지도, 검사도표를 제시하여 제재곡에 적용시켰다. 본질적으로 이 지도안은 음악의 표현요소에 집중하도록 하여 청각 및 감상능력을 발달시키도록 유도하였다. 그러므로 본 연구는 다양한 감상학습 지도안으로 교사들이 실제 학습현장에 활용함으로써 학생들을 학습활동에 적극적으로 참여시키고 다양한 음악을 경험하게 하여 폭 넓고 균형 있는 음악성을 계발하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.
