혼합연령학급에서 4세 유아의 돕기행동이 3세 유아의 질서지키기에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to improve basic life habit of three-year-old children through helping behavior of four-year-old children in mixed age class. For this purpose, the questions have been set up as follows: 1. Is there any influenc of helping behavior of four-year-old children on basic life habit of three-year-old children? 2. Is there any influenc of helping behavior of four-year-old children on basic life habit of all over class? The subjects of this study were 8 children who were 2 three-year-old children and 6 four-year-old children in mixed age class. This study is not a experimental one but action research. The subject of four-year-old children were eduacted in strategy of discussing and role playing and they helped basic life habit(order)of three-year-old children. To examine influence of helping behavior of four-year-old children on three-year-old children is used observation. The used methods of in this study were the rating scale in basic life habit used in national institution of education evaluation and the evaluvation one of oder item happened in class inviroment of basic life habit used in an attached kindergarten to ewha womans university. The subject made pair of an three-year-old children and 3 four-year-old children hepled one another. This study was proceed for four weeks. The analysis result of this study are as follows: First, the helping of four-year-old children promoted the basic life habit of three-old children. Second, the influrence of the helping behavior of four-year-old children improved the score of basic life habitin the whole class.;본 연구의 목적은 혼합연령집단에서 4세아의 돕기를 통하여 3세아의 기본생활습관을 향상시키는 것이다. 이를 위하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 1. 혼합연령 학급에서 4세아의 돕기는 3세아의 질서지키기에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 2. 4세아의 돕기는 학급전체의 질서지키기에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 본 연구의 대상은 서울시 관악구에 위치한 유치원의 만 3·4세 혼합연령 학급의 3세 유아 2명과 4세 유아 6명이다. 연구를 위하여 연구대상인 4세유아를 토의하기와 역할놀이전략으로 교육하였고, 교육받은 4세 유아가 3세 유아의 기본생활습관을 돕도록 한 후 그 영향을 관찰을 통해 알아보았다. 연구의 대상은 두 집단이며 각 집단은 3세 1명과 4세 3명으로 짝을 지었고 4세가 3세의 기본생활습관을 도와주었다. 각 연구 대상의 관찰은 4주 동안 진행되었다. 본 연구에서 사용된 도구는 국립 교육평가원(1994)의 기본생활 습관 평정척도와 이화여자대학교 부속유치원(1995)의 기본생활습관 평가도구에서 질서 항목 중에 교실 환경에서 일어날 수 있는 부분만을 발췌하여 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4세유아의 돕기는 3세아의 질서지키기를 향상시켰으며 3세여아의 질서지키기가 3세 남아의 질서지키기 보다 더 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 4세유아의 돕기는 학급전체의 질서지키기를 향상시켰다.
