통합적 음악감상 활동이 유아의 음악적 개념에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 통합적인 음악감상의 의미 및 범주와 유아에게 적합한 음악적 개념을 알아보고, 통합적 음악감상 활동이 유아의 음악적 개념형성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 따른 구체적인 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 1. 통합적 음악감상 활동은 ‘음고’ 개념에 효과가 있는가? 2. 통합적 음악감상 활동은 ‘셈여림’ 개념에 효과가 있는가? 3. 통합적 음악감상 활동은 ‘리듬’ 개념에 효과가 있는가? 4. 통합적 음악감상 활동은 ‘속도’ 개념에 효과가 있는가? 5. 통합적 음악감상 활동은 ‘선율’ 개념에 효과가 있는가? 6. 통합적 음악감상 활동은 ‘음색’ 개념에 효과가 있는가? 7. 통합적 음악감상 활동은 ‘화음’ 개념에 효과가 있는가? 본 연구는 경기도 군포시에 소재하고 있는 D병설유치의 1학급으로 만5세 유아 27명을 대상으로 하여 사전검사, 실험처치, 사후검사 순으로 진행되었다. 연구도구는 강신영(2008)과 한희승(2010)의 검사 도구를 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정․보완하여 사용하였다. 통합적 음악감상 활동은 6주 동안 총 11회에 걸쳐 실시하였으며, 실험집단의 유아들은 실험기간동안 음악적 개념 내 통합, 음악적 활동간 통합, 예술 영역과의 통합, 학문적 교과와의 통합의 4가지 범주가 심화, 확장되도록 계획된 통합적 음악감상 활동에 참여하였다. 유아의 음악적 개념형성의 변화를 알아보기 위해 21개의 검사문항을 단계별로 0점부터 2점까지 점수를 부여하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC 12.0 프로그램을 사용하여 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고 t - 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면 통합적 음악감상 활동은 유아의 음악적 개념 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 음악적 개념의 기본 요소에 따라 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합적인 음악감상 활동은 유아의 음악적 개념 중 ‘음고’ 개념에 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 통합적인 음악감상 활동은 유아의 음악적 개념 중 ‘셈여림’ 개념에 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 통합적인 음악감상 활동은 유아의 음악적 개념 중 ‘리듬’ 개념에 효과가 있었다. 넷째, 통합적인 음악감상 활동은 유아의 음악적 개념 중 ‘속도’ 개념에 효과가 있었다. 다섯째, 통합적인 음악감상 활동은 유아의 음악적 개념 중 ‘선율’ 개념에 효과가 있었다. 여섯째, 통합적인 음악감상 활동은 유아의 음악적 개념 중 ‘음색’ 개념에 효과가 있었다. 일곱째, 통합적인 음악감상 활동은 유아의 음악적 개념 중 ‘화음’ 개념에 효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 유아에게 적용가능한 음악적 개념에 대한 가치판단의 근거와 함께통합적 음악감상에 대한 범위를 재조명하여 유아교육 현장에 교육적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.;The purpose of the research is to explorer the meaning and category of comprehensive music appreciation as well as an appropriate music concept for children and how the comprehensive music appreciation affects their music concepts. Specific topics are as follows. 1. Does the comprehensive music appreciation have an effect on forming 'pitch' concept? 2. Does the comprehensive music appreciation have an effect on forming 'dynamic' concept? 3. Does the comprehensive music appreciation have an effect on forming 'rhythm' concept? 4. Does the comprehensive music appreciation have an effect on forming 'tempo' concept? 5. Does the comprehensive music appreciation have an effect on forming 'melody' concept? 6. Does the comprehensive music appreciation have an effect on forming 'tone' concept? 7. Does the comprehensive music appreciation have an effect on forming 'chord' concept? The survey was conducted on 27 kids of 1 class who are 5 years old attending a kindergarten attached to D located in KyungGi-Do GunPo-Si beginning with preliminary inspection followed by experiment activity and post inspection. Inspections tools of Kang, Sin-Young(2007) and Han, Hee-Seung(2010) were appropriately revised and used for the research tools. Comprehensive music appreciation was conducted total 11 times for 6 weeks. The surveyed kids participated in the comprehensive music appreciation activity designed to have 4 categories including integration in musical concept, integration between musical activities, integration in art field, and integration in academic subject during the survey. The research assigned points from 0 to 2 on 21 questions by level to explorer changes in the kids' musical concept. Average score, standard deviation were calculated and t-verification was done from the collected data. The research proved that the comprehensive music appreciation have a positive effect on forming music concept of children. The findings of the research based on sub-factors of musical concept capabilities are as follows. First, the comprehensive music appreciation had an effect on forming 'pitch' concept. Second, the comprehensive music appreciation had an effect on forming 'dynamic' concept. Third, the comprehensive music appreciation had an effect on forming 'rhythm' concept. Fourth, the comprehensive music appreciation had an effect on forming 'tempo' concept. Fifth, the comprehensive music appreciation had an effect on forming 'melody' concept. Sixth, the comprehensive music appreciation had an effect on forming 'tone' concept. Seventh, the comprehensive music appreciation had an effect on forming 'chord' concept.
