중등학교 통합적 음악교육에 관한 석사학위논문의 경향분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 전국 음악 교육대학원을 대상으로 중등학교 교과간 통합적 음악교육 논문 32편의 내용과 연구경향을 분석하여 향후 통합적 음악교육연구의 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 21세기에 들어서며 거의 모든 학문분야에는 통합의 바람이 거세게 불고 있다. 지식의 통합을 통해 학문간의 경계를 허물고자하는 세계적인 교육적 흐름은 우리나라에도 영향을 미치고 있으며, 현 교육과정에서는 교수-학습 방법에 있어서 다른 교과와의 연계성을 적극적으로 권장하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 교과간의 통합이 어떠한 내용과 방법으로 연구되어 왔는지 연구 동향을 파악하고 흐름을 재점검 하는 일은 매우 필요하며, 이는 향후 통합적 음악교육연구의 발전을 위한 중요한 정보일 것이다. 먼저 이 연구는 교과간 통합교육을 연구한 논문을 중심으로 분석하였으므로 통합교과의 정의 및 필요성과 음악과 통합교육과정에 관한 내용을 문헌정리 하였고 전국 교육대학원의 현황을 알아보고 음악에 관련된 석사학위논문을 연구한 논문들을 고찰하였다. 이를 토대로 국회전자도서관을 통해 중등학교를 대상으로 한 교과간 통합적 음악교육 논문 32편을 수집하고 연도별, 과목별, 학교별 분석을 통해 그 결과를 백분율과 도표, 그림으로 나타내어 연구경향을 외형적으로 비교·분석하였다. 또한 질적 분석을 통해 과목별로 어떠한 방법과 내용으로 음악과 통합하였는지 구체적으로 알아보았다. 먼저 연도별 연구경향을 보면 2003년부터 2009년까지 매년 평균 5%씩 꾸준한 상승세를 보이며 교과간 통합적 음악교육에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 현 교육과정에서도 교과간 통합교육을 적극 권장하고 있는바 앞으로도 연구는 꾸준히 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 또한 학교별 연구 동향을 살펴보면 음악교육전공이 운영되고 있는 50개교의 교육대학원 중 32%에 해당하는 16개의 학교만이 중등학교 교과간 통합적 음악교육에 관심을 보인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이 중 서울소재 대학이 거의 절반을 차지하고 있는 반면 연구가 전혀 이루어 지지 않고 있는 지역도 있어 지역별로 연구 논제가 고루 분포된 균형 있는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 과목별 연구경향을 보면 연구자들이 음악과 통합하는데 있어서 가장 선호하는 과목은 미술로 나타났으며 그 다음 사회, 국어, 기타(종합예술), 무용, 영어 순으로 나타났다. 반면 수학과 과학은 제일 관심이 적은 것으로 나타나 좀 더 다양한 과목과의 통합이 이루어진 균형 있는 연구가 요구된다. 이 밖에 과목별 내용분석은 각 과목의 통합내용을 중심으로 그 특성에 맞게 분류기준을 선정하였으며 통합유형을 한눈에 보기 쉽게 표로 작성하여 파악이 수월하도록 하였다. 또한 내용의 질적 분석을 통해 과목별로 통합이 어떻게 이루어졌는지 구체적으로 분석하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구에서 현 음악학습과 수업현장에서 응용 될 수 있는 교과간 통합적 음악교육에 대한 자료를 마련하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.;The purpose of this study shall promote the future of integrative music education of the balanced development from each subject to target the national music education graduate students in terms of analysis of research trend and the national secondary school music of 32 papers. Mostly, all disciplines is strongly blowing wind of integrate into the 21th century. A flow of global education is affected to our country to break down the boundaries between disciplines by integration of knowledge and there are actively encouraged connection with other subjects to teaching-learning method in current curriculum. At this point, we should know that integration each subject content and method of this is what came of trends and is a very necessary rearrange to integrate each textbook which will be important information for integrated music education research. Firstly, this study is analyzed among papers that integrated education researched each subject, rearranged literature of content about integration education curriculum and integration education curriculum in music major. Furthermore, it has researched the status National Graduate School of music and considered the other master's thesis which was related to music . Based on this, this study superficially compared and analyzed to secondary school for an integral music education each subject from collecting 32 of thesis classified of year, subject, and school analysis which was analysis of results charts, and pictures of research trend by National electronic library. Also, it specifically examined how the content and method was integrated each subjectively through qualitative analysis. To look at the year research trend from 2003 to 2009, an average of 5% per year showed a steady rise and was gradually increased interest of integral music education each subject. The current curriculum is encouraged integral education each subject and expecting to grow constantly it in future. In addition, when I looked at the research trend, 32 % that is only 16 secondary schools showed interest in integral music education each subject in terms of National Graduate School of Education schools. Furthermore, almost half of the universities in Seoul are most common, while there should be point out that research issue and balanced study would be needed locally. Lastly, research tends to look at each subject by researchers to integrate music and art as the most preferred subjects showed that the social, language, other (composite art), dance, and English. While the best interest of mathematics and science appear to be less integrated with a variety of courses consisting of a more balanced study noted that it is required. In addition, content analysis for each subject was selected standard of classification according to the characteristics so it was easy to figure out to see at a glance the type of integration by creating a table. Also, I tried specifically analysis that how much integration of subjects has been done through a qualitative analysis of the contents. Based on these results, I wish that will be expected to help preparing to integrated music education materials for each subject which can be applied the current music in classroom for future study.
