- 朝鮮後期의 代表的인 學者라고 할 수 있는 茶山 丁 若鏞은 實學을 集大成하였을 뿐아니라 康津 流配 18年 동안 漢以來 明·淸에 이르는 儒學의 諸說을 硏究하여 修己治人의 實踐倫理學인 洙泗學으로 그의 經學을 體系化하여 經典硏究에 있어 독자적인 경지를 개척하였으므로 茶山思想은 經學과 實學이 안팎을 이루고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그러므로, 本 論文에서는 茶山思想의 思想的 基盤인 經學에 나타난 理想的 人間像을 敎育學的으로 고찰해보므로써 茶山이 추구한 敎育的 人間像을 살펴보려고 하였다. 따라서, 本 論文에서는 茶山思想의 形成過程 및 經學思想과 敎育思想에 對해 먼저 서술하고 난 뒤 人性論을 다루고 마지막으로 茶山의 敎育的 人間像에 對해 論하였다.
茶山思想은 經學的인 面에서 堯·舜一周公-孔子로 이어지는 洙泗學的인 系譜를 이어받고 있으며 그 中心內容은 修己治人의 實踐倫理學以前의 문제인 仁思想, 中庸思想, 人性論과 實踐倫理學인 忠恕를 그 實行方法으로 한 仁思想이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 人性論은 茶山이 추구한 敎育的 人間像을 밝히는 데 理論的 根據가 되는 것으로 人性論的 天命觀에 그 근거를 두고 感覺的이고 道德倫理的인 面으로 전개시키고 있다. 茶山 人性論의 特徵은 道義·氣質兩性論, 性嗜好說, 天命寄在道心說, 人心道心內自訟說 等에 잘 나타나 있다. 이와 같은 茶山思繆에 나타난 敎育思想은 實學精神을 敎育理念으로 하여 知性과 德性을 겸비한 全人敎育에 目的을 두고 있으며 孝悌의 倫理와 禮樂의 實踐敎育에 중점을 두고 있다고 볼 수 있다.
結論的으로, 茶山 經學思想에 나타난 敎育的 人間像은 첫째, 남의 耳目에 구애됨이 없이 항상 良心의 소리에 따라 誠實히 自身을 닦아 가는 人間, 둘째, 孝悌를 근본으로 하여 仁을 實踐하므로써 修已에 힘쓰는 人間, 세째, 社會的으로 自己를 實現시키므로써 人格을 完成하는 牧民慈에 바탕을 둔 治人의 세 가지 人間像으로 要約할 수 있겠다. 즉, 茶山 經學思想에 나타난 敎育的 人間像은 自己로부터 시작하여 社會로 점차 人格完成의 범위를 넓혀 나가며 또한 上向的이고 下向的인 人倫의 實踐을 通해 人格을 完成시켜 가는 "修己治人의 實踐人"이라는 것이다.;Dasan, who could be called one of the most important scholars of the latter period of Lee Dynasty, compiled the Practical Science. During the 18 years of his exile, he studied 'vsrious theDries on the Confucianism which had been continued from the Hang Dynasty to Myung Dynasty, ehung Dynastyb. He systematized his Confucian thinking with the Saienae Of Susa which was the practical ethics of self-cultivation and ruling people, so we can see that the Dasan's thinking was the combination of the Confucian thoughts and Tactical Science. Thus, in this thesis, the ideal human image, expresses Sn the Confucian thoughts which was the basis of Dasan's thinking, Considered, and the educational human image pirsued by Dasan was studied. After describing the formation process of Dasan's thinking, Confucian thoughts, dducational thoughts, Human Nature and Dasan's educational human image were studied.
Dasan's thoughts were the transmission of the Science of Susa which had been continued in the thoughts of Hyo Soon-Chu Gong-Confucius. The center of his thoughts were Godly. Heaven, Golden means, Human Nature which were the problems before the practical ethics, and manhood -at-its-best which was the means of loyalty and forgiveness. Especially, Human Nature is the theoretical evidence of the educational human image. The characteristics of Dasan's Human Nature were that his theories were based on the harmony of human Nature and heaven's decree, and were developed sensibly End ethically. Dasan's educational thoughts expressed in his Confucian thoughts were based on the Practical spirit. The education of whole-man with the intelligence and the virtue, the education of ethics of filial piety and friendship, the Practical Education of rite and music were the central thoughts of Dasan's.
In conclusion, edacational human image pursued by Dasan could be sammarized as follows;First, human image who cultivates himself at his will without being particular about other's opinion. Second, human image who cultivates himself by acting benevolence based on the filial piety and friendship. Third, overning,people image who attains affection by cultivation of self through self-realization in society. Namely, the educational human image expressed on Dasan's Confuscian hinking starts from self and gradually expands to self-realization in society. The practical person of self-cultivation and ruling people, attained through the practice of ethics and morality, was the main idea of Dasan's Confusuan thinking.
