유아기의 아동문학교육에 관한 연구

Abstract

This research has been made by referring to various documentary records and interview reports related to children's literature curriculum of the educational institutes for Kindergarten teachers. The research has closely examined the role of Children's literature education, which exercises an important effects upon Children's overall education. The study also contains a survey on the acquirement degree of professional guidance technique of kindergarten teachers engaged in the Children's literature education, while touching on the necessity of practical training of the teachers. Meanwhile, this research has seeked to acquire a fundamental material for the improvement educational and guidance method in the Children's literature education by the teachers in kindergarten. Accordingly, the research has pursued to set a certain direction for the effective Children's literature education in the educational institutes for the Kindergarten teachers. This study has made through documents on the educational function of Children's literature. It also has made on educational and guidance method of children's literature in the Kindergarten. In the meantime, this research has surveyed through Interview about the current status on the Children's literature curriculum in the educational institutes established for Kindergarten teachers. The results of this research were as follow: 1) Students majoring in children's education have had little opportunities to read a variety of children's literary works in the Educational institutes for kindergarten teachers. 2) Student being educated in the educational institutes for Kindergarten teachers have had insufficient practical training in the children's literature education for being expert. 3) Most Educational organizations of Kindergarten teachers have insufficient facilities and informative materials necessary for the effective education in the children's literature. 4) In the Educational organizations of Kindergarten teachers, they have lacked understanding both on the importance of children's literature and the speciality in the children's literature education. 5) The time allocated for the children's literature education in the educational orgarnizations of Kindergarten teachers is not sufficient for acquirement of professional guidance technique.;본 연구는 유아기의 아동문학교육에 관하여 문헌 및 인터뷰를 통하여 연구하였다. 유아교육에 미치는 아동문학교육의 역할을 규명하고 아동문학교육을 위한 유치원 교사의 전문적인 지도기술의 습득 및 실습의 필요성을 고찰하였다. 그리고 유치원 교사교육기관의 아동문학교육과정의 방향을 설정하여 유치원에서 교사들이 아동문학을 효과적으로 지도할 수 있는 교수방법 및 지도의 개선을 위한 기초자료를 얻고자하였다. 문헌연구를 통해서는 '아동문학의 교육적 기능'과 '유치원에서의 아동문학 교수방법 및 지도'에 관하여 연구하였다. 인터뷰를 통해서는 '유치원 교사교육기관의 아동문학교육과정의 실태'를 조사하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 유아교육을 전공하는 학생들은 아동문학의 종류를 다양하게 접할 수 있는 기회가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 2) 유치원교사 교육을 받는 학생들이 아동문학교육의 전달자로서의 전문성을 발휘할 수 있는 실제적인 교육실습이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 3) 유치원 교사교육기관에서 교사들의 전문적인 아동문학교육을 위하여 구비해야 할 자료 및 설비가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 4) 유치원 교사교육기관에서는 아동문학의 중요성 및 아동문학교육의 전문성에 관한 이해도가 모두 낮았다. 5) 유치원 교사 교육기관의 아동문학 교육과정에 대한 배정시간수는 아동문학의 전문적인 지도기술을 습득하기에 부족한 것으로 나타났다.
