ON THE ONE SIDED A_(p) CONDITIONS FOR WEIGHTS

Abstract

In [3], Neugebauer gave necessary and sufficient conditions for inserting a single weight w∈A_(p) between u and v, i.e., c_(1)u≤w≤c_(2)u. In this thesis, we consider the same problem for the one-sided A_(p) conditions and show that for a pair (u, v) of nonnegative locally integrable functions, there exists w∈A_(p)^(+) with c_(1)u≤w≤c_(2)u if and only if there is r > 1 such that (u^(r), v^(r))∈A_(p)^(+).;[3]에서, Neugebauer는 u 와 v 사이에 A_(p) 조건을 만족하는 單 weight w를 주기 위한 필요충분조건을 구하였다. 본 논문에서, 單側 A_(p) 조건에 대해서 같은 문제를 생각해보고 다음을 보였다. 음이 아니고 Lioc(R)에 속하는 함수들의 짝 (u, v)에 대해 c_(1)u≤w≤c_(2)v인 A_(p)^(+) 조건을 만족하는 w가 존재하기 위한 필요충분조건은 (u^(r), v^(r))이 A_(p)^(+) 조건을 만족하는, 1 보다 큰 상수 r이 존재하는 것이다.
