유아를 위한 인본주의적 프로그램에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 인본주의적 교육이론에 대한 고찰과, 인본주의적 유아교육프로그램의 실제를 분석하여, 우리나라 교육현장에 적용해 볼 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 1. 인본주의적 교육의 기본 가정 및 원리는 어떠한가? 2. 인본주의적 학습이론의 교육 방법은 어떠한가? 3. 인본주의적 유아교육 프로그램 (DUSO 프로그램, 인간발달 프로그램)의 결과는 어떠한가? 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 인본주의적 교육은 아동을 신뢰하고 스스로 성장할 수 있도록 도와야 하고, 학습자 중심의 교육을 실시해야 하며, 긍정적 자아개념을 갖도록 도와주고, 학습자 자신의 신념과 태도 가치를 분명히 의식하여 행동할 수 있도록 돕는 것을 기본 가정 및 원리로 한다. 2. 인본주의자들은 교육과목에서의 여러 가지 과정, 태도 형성 및 체육 과목을 실시하는 대신 학생들이 생각하고 느끼고 행동할 수 있도록 학습 경험을 조성하는 것을 교육 방법으로 한다. 3. DUSO 프로그램은 국민학교 초기의 성취 여부가 학업 성공이나 사회적 발달과 관련있다는 연구들을 근거로 한다. 긍정적 자아개념 형성을 위한 목적으로 동화, 손인형극, 역할극 놀이, 토의 등의 교수전략을 사용한다. 인간발달 프로그램은 유아기를 최적의 교육 시기로 보고 있으며 승인을 받고자 하는 인간의 욕구 충족을 강조하는 이론을 근거로 한다. 긍정적 행동 양식을 형성하기 위한 목적으로 '요술의 원'으로 대화하는 교수전략을 사용한다.;This Study is designed to help understanding Humanistic Education and introduce the DUSO Program and Human Development Program which are based on Humanistic Education. For this purpose, this study set the following research subjects. 1. How about the basic assumption and principles of the Humanistic Education? 2. How about the Education Method of the Humanistic Education? 3. How about the DUSO Program and Human Development Program? The Results of the study are as follow. 1. The Assumption and Principles of the Humanistic Education? are (1) Trust the children and help them grow by themselves. (2) Perform the learner-centered education. (3) Help the children to have the positive self-concept. (4) Help the children behave by their belief, attitude and value. 2. Humanistic Education Method is to make the learning experience which can make the children think, feel and act instead of teach the process, attitude formarmation and athletic subject. 3. The purpose of the DUSO Program is to promote the positive self-concept. In order to this purpose stories, puppet play activities, role play activities, discussions are used. The purpose of the Human Development Program is to promote the positive self-concept, inter-personal relationship, responsibility of behavior. etc. It's content concerns awareness, mastery, social interaction etc. n order to fulfill this purpose magic circle is used.
